"Plockar du godis" ur den goda och vänliga skålen? Eller "plockar" du ur skål nummer 2, den som har beskt och otrevligt "godis"!

Lyssnar du på en mysig upplyftande melodi, eller lyssnar du på en kall och förstelnad melodi som inte låter glad alls?

Vad är det jag försöker berätta?

Hur intelligent eller smart, klok och underbar 💓du nu än är: så är det så att vår hjärna är som en sorts "dataapparat".

Det kanske låter konstigt av mig att säga?

Den är bra att ha många gånger, men den kan haka upp sig på negativa saker. Som en sorts "negativ programmering."

Beroende på hur många energitjuvar man har mött i sitt liv så är det olika svårt att hantera negativ programmering.

💓Hjärtat däremot, har en HELT ANNAN energi. (Liksom alla våra chakror har olika energier).

Hjärtat har en enorm kärleks kapacitet till att HELA och LÄKA allt som du har problem med. Du måste bara lära dig att identifiera om du mestadels använder hjärna eller hjärtat?

Godhetens och kärlekens kraft via exempelvis Buddha, Gud, änglarna verkar genom hjärtats energi alltid! Om du inte använder ditt hjärta så är det svårare att få healing från dem.

Jesus lär oss att i hjärtats energi så finner vi äkta glädje och den är också en mycket viktig våglängd för den ger oss beskydd också.

(Jesus som är min vän, lärde mig en dag för några år sedan exakt vad han menade med glädjens energi och om hur viktig den är!)

Samhället vill ofta att vi använder vår hjärna?

Allt är energi.

Tankar är energi, känslor är energi. Kroppen är energi, en stol är energi. Luft är energi, vatten är en annan energi, etc.

Det du tänker på ökar, för det är det som du skapar.

När man (om man) känner sig slutkörd så kan, - jag säger bara att- det kan bero på att du tänker mer med din hjärna än vad du använder ditt hjärta.

Jag har skrivit om detta flera gånger och har känt av att jag ska skriva än en gång om detta väldigt viktiga. Om vi skapar en oas inom oss av glädje och fred exempelvis, så kan vi lättare manifestera det utanför oss.

Acceptera dig själv exakt som du är, med alla de saker du själv knappt tänker är värda ngt? Vårda dig själv, älska dig själv. Vad andra än har sagt till dig, och kanske har försökt döma dig, eller definiera dig efter sina mått, så känn in dig själv istället.

För ingen känner dig själv mer än Du själv, eller hur!

Tro på dig själv, följ ditt hjärta och tro på dina drömmar....

Du duger jättebra precis som Du är!

PS En gång för säkert över 10 år sedan så fick jag ett oväntat besök från Arcturus, i universum, de var de mest kärleksfulla varelserna(änglar) jag någonsin mött och de sade på engelska:

And what kind of protection do I speak about?

It is about the spiritual protection I will speak about now.

As you are born into this magnificent world, called Gaia, you endevour many things and you develop. You also develop spiritually bit by bit as you grow older, and as you gather enough learning from life.

The more you fathom of the spiritual rhealms you also find really good friends. But there is a but. As you progress in learning about different kingdoms and other dimensions, you encounter with not so good beings of different kinds.

How do you know?

Symptoms are: feeling fatigue, not recovering from illness, feeling lack of joy, lack of hope and much more.

It is very sad to talk about. But it is true. No all beings are nice and loving and good.

Some just suck the energy out of whomever they meet. And the more you shine in your beloved light, the more of these - you actually attract.

The warningsignals for these kind of negative beings are: NEGATIVE feelings, emotions, thoughts.

You must learn to be very aware on what you feel, no matter what you do during your awaken time.

So what do I do? I protect you! I give you your personal AEGIS, your shield to protect you from bad beings.

If you are a very open person, you already know about this. You have already met several negative beings and had several clashes with them.

And I know who you are of course, but what I want to say, I can give you even more protection. I even design it to you personally.

I calculate exactly what kind of aegis you need and then I see to that you will have it installed.

It has a lot to do with your spiritual animals that you have. You have 13 in total as a human being living on Earth.

It is a collaboration with the Animal Kingdom to say the least, that I can offer you this.

So call on me and you will get to know me first so you can deside if you want me to make you your personlized aegis.

I know you are a warrior. You are a warrior of peace and love and of the rainbow. And so I say,

Moder Jord talar i dag.

Modern talar idag. 

Jag är Urmodern, den ni kallar för Gaia. Men jag har flera namn och det vet du också.

Jag ser många av er vrida och vända på vad som är viktigt. Ni lyckas inte riktigt förstå vad ni bör göra. Ni känner er stundtals vilsna och ledsna.

Ni är mina barn och jag älskar Er. Var inte rädda. Det gör ont att födas. Ni blir omfödda nu. Och ni finner att ni står i en ny sorts realitet. Ni saknar att hålla handen med mig, ni känner er inte längre lika stabila.

Jorden skakas av rädslor som gör att marken verkar skallra. Detta gör att ni inte har samma fotfäste just nu.

Var inte rädda mina älskade barn, men jag råder er att vara extra noga med eran dagliga jordning.

Maktspelet på jorden håller på att dras till sin spets efter många års planering av ledare som inte har rent mjöl i fickorna.

Och detta är ni medvetna om. Ni kan! Ni är medvetna. Ni har vetat att detta skulle dyka upp förr eller senare. Det är därför ni är på plats JUST NU. Ni är dom som ni själva har väntat på!

Du är exakt där du behöver vara! Du behöver bara vara noggrann med dig själv. Lita på att allt du har lärt dig är det som du behöver nu. Även om du upplever ”en ny verklighet” en realitet där du inte har samma grepp om allt som du har varit van vid under många år.

Se dig själv som om du svävar exakt dit du vill i din glädjerika fantasi, du gör exakt det du önskar och drömmer om. Du följer ditt brinnande intresse för det du alltid har älskat och du låter ingen tvekan hindra dig.

Jorda dig, så finner du att du får kontakten tillbaka. Dröm, fantisera, gläds, manifestera, kontemplera över en härlig dag, här och nu.

Och även om jag har flera namn, så är jag en Moder ändå, Er allas mamma och jag älskar Dig precis som Du är. Jag går bredvid dig alltid, minns det för jag är beredd att hålla din hand när du så önskar!

Mother Mary Beloved Footprints

I am Mother Mary and I am very old. I am a feminine being, a soul and then I am a mother.

How can it be that I know everyone of you?

If I look from above you might think you look the same?

No you are unique, everyone of you.

You have something that is very beautiful and that is your unique footprints.

Your footprints are unique and they have their own colors, patterns and more.

I can see your footprints where every they have been, I can see every step you have taken.

You leave your mark!

You leave a pattern, your own pattern wherever you have put your feet.

To see your beautiful patterns is wonderful to me.

And what I want to say is that it has nothing to do with if you have travelled and walked around much no, it has to do with your heart.

Your heart is connected to your feet. And the more you love yourself, the more you feel gratitude in your life, the more your footprints glow, they even glow in the dark, a long time after you walked there.

So I want to say, be sure to plug yourself into the love energy that you have inside in your beloved heart and paint the ground that you walk on. Turn on the light in other words.

I am always next to you no matter what.

Talk to me and I will guide you at all times.

Archangel Michael Loyalty to love!

I am archangel Michael and nothing is more important than faith, hope and love.

Faith, hope and love are a unity that is essential to life itself.

Everyone of you are opening up to a greater reality, because Mother Earth is now fully working from the fifth dimension.

At first you might feel that you do not recognize yourself as you are used to. This is because you are used to hold on to the old, you have become customed to having a routine, with your guide and so on. You still have your guide, but you are not holding on to anything anymore.

You are now free floating instead and you can not hold on to the edges anymore.

Many years ago you thought of your own path as a spiritual being you where taking steps up a staircase, and learning and expanding your light knowledge.

But the reality is, there where no staircase, there was a circle. All the time you have been floating in this big circle of trust of love, of faith and hope and joy.

And now you are floating around completely free inside your own beautiful orb, like a globe of love. And you are no longer clinging on to its side anymore and you might feel there is nothing there anymore?

But it is just because you are floating freely now!

All of your guides are still there watching you. Whenever you need them they will reach out to you, aiding you if you need and will. 

But now you have matured into an adult lightworker and you do not need to hold hands anymore.

But you have to get accustomed to this new sort of reality.

You are now your own creator. 

Ask yourself these questions: 

What do you want to create?

What are your thoughts? Be loving to yourself as thoughts are energy.

Do not be afraid. Be love. Be loyal to love, to faith, to hope and joy at all times. 

And most important: You always have to love yourself no matter what challenges you are going through, make sure to have a daily loving prayer moment and routine. And you already know about this of course.

But now the reality outside has become harsher and it is of outmost importance that you are seeing through the war of fear that many souls are going through right now.

If you always are loyal to love, hope and faith you will automatically keep up with your highest purpose on earth as a love ambassador from the higher realms.

We welcome you to hear our words, we are the Eagles from the Pleiades.

We are a community of ancient Eagle-people and we plead to you to hear us out.

A rideau of false information about us is aspread. Evil people on your planet use the Eagle symbol for their own purposes.

Just as they used other symbols, as the sun-symbol, that is more than several thousands of years old.

We fly. We hover over all sorts of landscape. Actually we hover over all of Earth.

We see what is going on and we have a tribe of humans as our ground crew.

And believe it or not, but we are all vegetarians today. We have evolved so much that we no longer eat meat. We see a much bigger freedom in peace and harmony with all living beings, and we always have to start with ourselves, and we did.

Instead of pointing fingers at others, seeing other peoples faults, we got our act together, and turned ourselves into a state of peace and harmony, coming from our insides. And then we started to work in this direction from all angels outside ourselves.

Halv of us are vegans. And the other half is going in the vegan direction. 

Why do I even speak about this? What we eat? What do you think?

Well let me say: It is of most importance! If you do not know what your "guru" is eating, then you do not know anything about this person.

If you let somebody lead you, guide you, please check out what they eat first, and second ask them who is their guide.

How clean answer do you want? How pure from the source of love do you want your guidance to be?

Every fiber in your body becomes aligned with what you eat.

If you eat meat, from industy, their energy is not in harmony, they live many times in fear, and then when you eat this meat, your body accumulates this fear, their stress hormones as they are killed.

Everything is energy.

Every feeling. Every thought. 

Please if you eat meat, say thank you to the animal, to your friend that sacrificed itself for you.

Animals sacrifice themselves for us. They are souls with tremendous capasity of love. Their souls are based on the energy of love.

It goes for the fish in the oceans too. They have eyes to see with, the feel, they care.

So please if you eat meat, be grateful and say thank you from your heart to the animal, your friend, because they love you.

Welcome to Archangel Faith, angel letters for you!

God says: Grateful 10.

I am God. I am very old. I am a creator. I love you very much.

You are also a creator. Everything starts with a thought.

Everything starts with an intention.

An intention, gives you a feeling and a thought.

Please start with the most important feeling and insight:

Gratefullness, thankfullness.

Please start with being grateful! 

What can be more important?

What would you think would happen if everybody did just this? If everyone where grateful - what do you think would happen?

Not being grateful - is a starting point - sadly - of wars.

When your mind is being filled with not grateful thoughts, as later becomes actions....it can easily lead to devastation.

PLEASE I beg of you to start your day, all of your day´s with gratefulness. 

Each day make a list. Of at least 10 things you are most thankful about, in your life.

And you might wonder, what is the meaning of this? Of being grateful? Is it not enough to say thank you for the cup of coffee you got from a friend?

No. Feeling grateful is of absolute importance. And why?

Being grateful makes you switch to another kind of reality, the good one.

Being grateful makes you change your reality into the pure pace of Mother Earth.

Being thankful each day makes you live in a higher more loving dimension.

And what is stopping you from living with thankfullness each day?

Fear is stopping you, and a selection of other negative feelings. Everyday you have to be careful about what your intentions for the day are. What are your input today?

Everyday is a war between good and bad. The bad side want you to forget about the importence of being grateful and the lifechanging experience this gives. 

The bad side acutally blasts you all day long with messages of fear, or guilt or bad examples to make you feel low. To make you feel inadequate at all times. To make you feel the oposite of gratefulness.

Fight for your right to feel grateful over your life and never let go of this feeling.

Say your prayer each day, make the list and know that I always love you,
