Jesus said to me: Call your joy back!

 "-Call your hope back, call your joy back!" He said to me! And who was he?

Today in Februari 2022 I was feeling sadness in my heart and I also felt compassion for those that leave us by suicide. And I could not help myself from thinking about the past time.

The globe inbedded in fear for two years? What is the result?

People feel depressed? Low in energy?

I think the world has been living in constant fear the last 2 years. And much hope has been "used up"!

Many sensitive persons feel this. Faith hope and love, joy are living energies and they are needed now more than ever!

The constant fear that has been spread around the globe the past two years effect the collective mind,.

The more open we are, the more sensitive we are the more we think it is our own lack of hope, but it can also be the collective mind that flies around in the ether.

You are awsome, you are unique, you are loved, you are needed!

Call your joy back he said to me, and his name is Jesus!

He said to me once many years ago when I was depressed. Call your joy back! It is a living energy! It hears you, he said and I was so lucky I could hear him! He meant that they joy I once made, that came from me, had my DNA!

And I must say it goes well for the hope, faith and love too!

Call them back! If you feel you lack them now.

All energies are actually designed so that they have our personal stamp on them. Yes! They have your DNA! And your fingerprints!

See it like this:

Your hope has been kidnapped! That is the scenario! Imagine that your hope sits in a cage and can not come out until you say from your heart: Please come back to me!

Just do it! Try at least! What can you loose!

Anyway the summer when Jesus taught me about the living energy of joy, I actually learned to call it back and it came back to me some hours later because it takes some time for it to fly in the ether back to where it originated from.

And when I got my joy back, I could share my joy with others and it created even more joy! So do not hold back. Call your joy and hope back, it will hear you!

So please do not give up! You are the best!

Walk with light feet.

Every step you take matters.

If you rush and are in a hurry, you are more likely to miss out on important scenery of your walk.

There are messages for you, a long your journey in life, and when you walk in the right pace, you will notice them.

And how do you find the right pace? What can be the best speed for you to walk in?

How can you know?

It is actually something you have to practice on.

You should follow your heart. The pace that is the best for you is when you are in constant contact with Mother Earth, when you can feel her heartbeat. And that means at first to notice your own heart beat.

It is about total awareness with all, with everything that lives.

Yes it is a big task. It also takes time to learn. But when you have learned it, you will never forget it.

It is essential knowledge!

About how to live on Earth!

Without this knowing you will feel lost. Wherever you go.

I am sorry to bring this up, but this is how it is.

Start with breathing fully consious, breathing with awareness.

Focus on your heartbeat.

Feel you, and feel her, your preasious Mother Earth.

If she was not here, you would not be here.

Everything starts with her? Don´t you agree?

Every step that you take, matters.

Every breath that you breathe is a part of your creation, of you!

Breath in love, breath out love. You ARE love!

Not one single step that you have taken is unimportant.

Everything comes together, every step you have ever taken have lead you up to this very moment.

Kartikeya The Army of lovers!

I am Kartikeya. I can not speak enough of love.

Love is the most important energy in the Universe.

You live on a fantastic planet, Earth, Gaia.

She is your beloved Mother.

You have to fight for love. You are the soldiers that carry the torch of freedom and also love.

Always start by loving your great Mother Earth, and feel the important gratitude for everything that she provides for you and your family and friends.

She is a living breathing soul and she walks beside you always, just as God does.

Anchor your love down through your feet, into the Earth and then you get connected to the entire Universe. It all starts with her, your Mother.

You can not get a full connection with the higher sources, dimensions and worlds until you are grounded thouroghly into the soil of Mother.

Do it every day when you say prayers and when you meditate.

It is about the true connection. The physical connection and into the etherical dimension.

You do it together with your heart ray. The love in your heart.

So be a brave soldier, in the army of lovers, that knows that the secret lies within her, your dear Mother Earth.

Goding: I am a creator.

I am Goding but some used to call me gODINg, and in recent days you call me only God.

I am because I actually lived once on your beautiful planet Gaia.

I am a creator, yes, I am, I was in the beginning, before the big bang, together with many other creators. We melted together, like an intercourse.

We wished to create a beautiful world where multitude and abundance of colors, patterns, rhythms would be playing a perfect tune, where everyone joins in this magnificent orchestra.

Everyone is needed! Everyone plays their own instrument! Everyone of you are unique!

No one can replace YOU!

The meaning of living on this planet is embracing all colors and understanding them for who they are!

You are one tribe of many different nyances in the spectra of love.

When you separate, rather than embracing, then you are still very young.

The significanse of being older when you tend to love all, embrace all, knowing that there are much more similarities, than differences.

As an older person I am also knowing about all of your problems and hinders.

You grow when you go through hinders in your life.

But remember that fear hinders the love that is constantly emerging from the source.

Make sure that you remember this, talk to me everyday, and you emmediately clear the space surrounding you. Fear lingers around you like a grey cloth, and when you pray for love and goodness it clears this up!

I am a creator, and my ray is goodness. The other creators have other rays, like faith, hope, love, grace, music, rhythm, patience, gratefulness and even more wonderful positive energies.

You are created of these energies, and when you understand this, you also feel that you can not live without them.

You also detect when other people don´t live according to these energies, you feel something is not right, it is not sound.

If you want to feel good, and feel truly complete, whole, you need to love yoursef, embrace yourself, and then you can embrace others as well, so start always with yourself.

A lot of things are to be seen with your eyes and the scenery is keeping on changing.

Look within and be safe, I am there with you always.

I want you to recognize the pattern that is shown to you everyday.

I need to talk about fear!

Fear is a good thing when it comes to something that you need to be attentive to.

When you take a walk in a terrain that is unknown to you, and if there is a drastic change in the terrain it is important for you to recognize what your gut feeling is telling you, do not walk left because there is a ravin, for example!

Fear is good for you so you can make a good choice and then you are safe!

But, when fear is an ongoing pattern in for example the media and it never ends?

Fear brakes down your immune defence. Fear makes you sad. Fear that never seem to end is a living nightmare?

So what can you do?

Refuse it!

Refuse to be held in the captivity of fear!

Fear is used as a weapon on you!

Open up for joy as much as you can. Smile as often as you can! 

And know that love will conquer all.

Mother Mary: A whole lotta love! 14 Jan 2022

I am Mother Mary and I am very old, and I know exactly what you are going through on earth right now.

And you maybe think that we the etherical beings are far away?

No we the old souls are closer to you, than you can ever believe!

If you look around you what do you see?

A landscape? Changing seasons? The wheather? Your family? Friends?

Or your team that you work with?

Well what I am trying to say is: 

Wherever you are, whatever you see around you we are there too!

If you look at the tv, and the news and you hear sad news that worry you, know that we are next to you and you are never alone.

We love you and we know what you go through.

And what is it that you go through right now?

Well ask yourself only ONE question!

Is it love that you see around you? 

Is it love on tv news? Is it compassion? Is it news that help in a good and positive way?

Whatever is going on, no one can stop the rain from falling down.

But the important thing is how you deal with it, and in what kind of way will you choose to do it? 

You have a choice!

You already have the love in your heart! 

If someone is ill, the kindest thing to do is to take good care of that person in a loving way and make the person feel safe. 

A thirsty person needs to drink water! So it is very human to serve that patient a glass of water! A kind voice that ask you a simple question! To take good care of , is not so hard!

So what am I speaking about? A simple and true way of living! To take good care of each other, and the sick and needing people, is the FIRST thing to do always. 

To do no harm is the rule number one. And to make the patient feel safe and calm is the second.

And I hear a strange tune today. 

You must have an ear and an eye for it! To recognize it! Do you have to watch scary news, is it really necessary? Does it make you feel safe to listen to it? 

We want to hug you all! As we know a hug gives you a stronger immune defence.

And why is that? Well by feeling safe, and being cared for, by a friend makes you relax. When you stop worrying it helps you get well faster.

When you feel secure and nurtured by loving hands you will soon feel good again.

And the oposite to this is fear.

Fear is used as a weapon. Fear actually kills in the worst cases. 

And I am absolutely appalled by how fear has become a weapon used on all of you.

I wish I could make all of you feel safe and loved.

You ARE indeed loved! Always!

But you must be awake now, to see what is on the show. What are you being shown?

I am not saying to you: to be critical?

No not really! But I say be careful! You are a being made of love! And you need love and compassion!

Direct your awareness towards love, wherever you find it! 

Make room for compassion, and loving care, then this is what you will have more of. 

And if you make less room for negative news that scare you and make you worried, this will have less impact on you.

So you have a choice! 

And know how immencely loved you are!
