The true ascension is to wake up on earth, being grounded by heart (and feet of course) and wanting to serve Mother Earth.

"I absolutely adore you! I long to embrace you! And if you like, I will hold your hand right now! Do you know why I love you so much?

I have counted every tear that you have cried. I have walked along side you at all times, and I know you, I know about your worries and  also about your joyful moments.

Maybe you have never heard about me before? 

It is okay! I do not blame you. I was very popular a very long time ago. Once upon a time people felt me, the knew me. They knew that I participated in their lives. They also had other goddesses in their life, not only me, it was natural! It is like palette of colors, there are a goddess or male gods for every occasion, for every moment in life. It is like a buzzing society, a little village where everyone has their occupation, it is very colorful and also necessary. Life is like a symphony, with different tones, with different instruments, that creates a melody with different modes, joyful and also sad tones, it is all included, it is natural, there can be not only happiness, nor only sadness, there has to be light and dark, sun at day and moon at night.

Learning about both light and dark is a necessity – otherwise life will have no balance or gratitude? 

How can you feel gratitude if there is only light, or only dark? Or you might wonder, are there different kinds of light too? If there is to much sun, the flowers will burn and die. They also need water from rain and also they need to rest at night looking at the moonlight and the stars.

Dark can be a good dark, the dark in the mother´s womb is a very good darkness. The child lives within of her and there need not be any light there, the child and mother glow by their own auras and that is very beautiful. The moon at night is also a good darkness, while the stars glitter in the night sky. The seeds in the ground, in the soil, need darkness to be able to grow too, that is a very good dark too. So when you say light and dark, the dark actually is good many times. But.

The but is about the negative darkness, it is about not knowing, not understanding, how Mother Earth functions, how she works and who she truly is. Or in worse cases, knowing and not doing any good anyway. Cruel schemes to lure people into using her, plundering her and the feminine energy, that is a negative darkness that does this to her.

And there is also a negative light too; A negative light pretends to be a good energy but shines so bright that you are being blinded, so that you will miss what is really going on. A negative light makes you think that you are about to climb up a high ladder into a paradise, making an ascension, so that you do not have to care about where you actually are, on earth, a place that you are born into to help her and aiding mother earth into being a true paradise. Looking away from the responsabilities in helping her, it means that this negative light is surrounding you.

A negative light can look very beautiful, but you should weigh everything within your heart instead without looking with your eyes. Your eyes see and observe and give you a thousands of words and ideas. On the other hand your dear heart feel and goes to the core directly, and skips the labyrinth that the eyes gives you.

Please! I love you!

Please work on your inner balance! There needs to be both; the good light and the good dark, and if you feel anything that is negative to you, go into it, feel it and ask for my assistance and I will help you work through it. You need to make a clear space, tidy up, and I will of course aid you because you need not carry any extra weight more than necessary.

Sometimes you carry other peoples anger and hostility, that has nothing to do with you, I will help you so the negative energy will leave you.

The Vittra speaks about the Sun and the Moon.

I am Vittra and I live on Earth, and as you also live on my beautiful friend.

And who am I? I am very old, I manage the Plant Kingdom, I am like an Elf.

I see the sunrise every morning just like you do. And I follow the moon´s path across the dark firmament just as you do too.

We drink the same water, we breathe the same air, our feet feel the same grass, the same sand on the beach against the soles of our feet.

The sun´s rays warm our skin in the same way, and we are not really that different?

The difference is that you have forgotten about who YOU are!

Your DNA got a disease many thousands of years ago, and then you fell into oblivion and there your DNA has slumbered and you have wandered here and there searching and looking for yourselves.

Some small grains of memory have survived the life of dormancy. 

Many of you have become seekers, because of this!

The dna you have got a disease, from visitors from another planet who visited you and brought their own form of virus. They did not even know you were infected, but unfortunately you were.

The disease manifested itself as forgetfulness.

Now it is that this DNA has slowly begun to wake up over the last few decades and with each day and with each sunrise you are waking up bit by bit.

Every sunrise is the birth of a new day! This new day has never seen the light of day before! And yet everything is there..! You are there! And you carry your awakened DNA filled with everything you need to live in the new age.

The New Age is the way of Love, the way that you forgot.

A long time ago, you had a good contact with your Mother Earth and many were able to sense her. She gave you good advice and you could help her in return.

The moon offers cycles, rhythms in your life. If you wish you can transform your life with the help of the moon. And this, you knew before, long ago before your memory fell asleep.

When, for example, the moon is full, then you can work with your emotions, and you can look into your fears, the ones that hold you the most captive. When you consciously use the full light of the moon to transform your fears and anxieties, then you can also let go of the same and become pleasantly relieved and not have to carry it.

When the moon is dark, then you can wish for the seeds that you want to grow, towards the coming fullmoon. Although you have to water and love your seeds, you have to do the work yourself.

Everything is strengthened on the full moon, whatever you are carrying at the time, and everything is freed when it is dark, then you should let go of what you do not want in your life.

When the moon is dark, you can use that time for exactly what you need. You can break the bond to what you no longer desire. Or you build up something positive, as your seeds, your dreams and aspirations for the future, will grow and become brighter as the moon grows.

The moon is something that you have become afraid of, and this is because you do not understand that it can instead help you in your growing process.

When you are not aware of this, you can feel extra bad during a fullmoon?

If you carry heavy negative emotions, like stress, or fears, then the moon with its power will pull everything to its tip, and then later you can see in hindsight that it was extra difficult around the fullmoon?

When you consciously want to purify yourself, purify your mind, do not be afraid! The moon will help you, if you let it! And all you have to do is love the Moon, accept the help, and without fear you go into your emotions and see them for what they are, and then they will disolve.

You should be concerned with your personal and spiritual development as a soul on Mother Earth and there are a number of natural therapies offered. Therapies offered by Earth, the Moon and by the Sun.

These therapies are free! The only thing that YOU must understand is that you are not alone!

You are a part of a HUGE system, and when you do not understand this and even resisting, then it will take a lot of your precious energy.

The sun offers activity, replenishment of energy and illumination of what is important to you.

And how does the sun therapy work?

Sun means: Daytime. And during the day it is more appropriate to do certain things rather than at night time. 

Daytime with the sun, is the masculine way of doing things, it is active, dry, warm, problem solving, awake consciousness and it is about the material world that you are constantly moving in as you are awake during the daytime.

You go out in the sunlight for a while an get light directly on you and then you mentally use this sunlight for the rest of the day to illuminate your doings, this means you can "dry up" your doings, where there is more "moisture" than you need.

An example:

You are cooking in your kitchen and it is daytime. There´s something in your kitchen that you are not happy with and you can not put your finger on it.

So you see the sun shining outside and you immediately go outside and get the sun on your for at least 15 minutes. Then you go back inside and feel the sunglight radiating from your body. 

Spiritually and intuitively you will now have the insights of the sun told to you. 

You now illuminate your kitchen with your newly charged sunlight and feel a message coming to you:

The Sun says: "Look at your kitchen, you feel that something is not right and you have thought about what would make it better?"

The Sun continues: "Now that you shown me your kitchen, I feel that you should clean and sort out each and everything, put each utility in the right place, especially those things that you like to use the most and have them easily accessible. You have saved tons of things you do not need and you have let them have a center stage.

So you simply need to do a big clean and make new space for what you really love in your kitchen. Then your cooking will be fun again and you have been missing that for a long time."

The Sun has helped YOU and the sun has different particles that radiate and they follow you into where it is dark or darker. But you have to let this process work by its own and you will gradually learn how it works. And it is all about LOVE.

You love the sun, and the light, the rays, and when you breathe in the light and love it, then you come indoors and breathe out the love and the energy of the sun spreads indoors too, because you are an element, like a storage place of the sunlight.

Then you should know that your aura shines in a dark room, you have your own unique light dear friend and it is so incredibly beautiful.

Vittra Sol och måne!

Jag är Vittra och jag bor på jorden, som även Du bor på min fina vän.

Jag ser solen gå upp varje morgon precis som Du gör. Och jag följer månens väg över det mörka himlavalvet precis som Du gör också.

Vi dricker samma vatten, vi andas samma luft, våra fötter känner samma gräs, samma sand på stranden mot våra fotsulor.

Solen strålar värmer vår hud på samma vis, och vi är egentligen inte så olika?

Skillnaden är att ni har glömt vilka NI är!

Ert DNA fick en sjukdom för många tusentals år sedan, och då föll ni in i glömskan och där har ert dna slumrat och ni har vandrat hit och dit och sökt och letat efter ER själva.

För några små korn av minnet har överlevt livet i dvalan.

Många av er har blivit sökare, på grund av detta!

DNA´t som ni har fick en sjukdom, av besökare från en annan planet, som besökte er och hade med sig en egen form av virus. De visste inte ens att ni blev smittade, men tyvärr så blev ni det.

Sjukdomen yttrade sig som glömska.

Nu är det så att detta DNA har sakta börjat vakna under de senaste decennierna och för varje dag och för varje soluppgång så vaknar Ni lite bit för bit.

Varje soluppgång är en ny dags födelse! Denna nya dagen har aldrig sett dagens ljus förut! Och ändå så finns allt där...! Du finns där! Och du bär ditt uppvaknade DNA fullt med allt som du behöver för att leva i den nya tiden.

Den Nya Tiden är den vägen som är kärlekens väg. Den vägen som Ni glömde.

För mycket längesedan så hade ni en god kontakt med Er Moder Jord och flera kunde känna in henne. Hon gav Er goda råd och Ni kunde i gengäld hjälpa henne. 

Månen erbjuder cykler, rytmer i ert liv. Om ni önskar så kan ni transformera era liv med hjälp av månen. Detta visste ni förut, för länge sedan innan ert minne föll i dvala.

När exempelvis månen är full, då kan ni jobba med era känslor, ni kan se in i era rädslor, de som håller er som mest fångna. När ni medvetet använder månens fulla ljus till transformation av era rädslor och oro, då kan ni också släppa taget om detsamma och bli skönt avlastade och slippa bära på det.

När månen är mörk, då kan ni önska er de frön som ni vill ska växa fram mot kommande fullmåne. Fast ni måste också vattna och älska era frön, ni får göra jobbet själva. 

Allt förstärks på fullmånen, vad du än bär på just då och allt befrias när det är mörkt, då skall du släppa taget om det du inte önskar ha i ditt liv. 

När det är mörker måne så kan du använda den tiden till exakt det du behöver. 

Du kan bryta bandet till det som du inte längre önskar. Eller så bygger du upp nya positiva frön, dina drömmar om kommande framtid som du vill skall växa då månen strax växer och blir ljusare.

Månen är något som ni har blivit rädda för, för att ni inte förstår att den istället kan hjälpa er i er växande process.

När ni inte är medvetna om detta så kan ni vid fullmåne må extra dåligt? Ni bär på något? Som stress? Oro? Rädslor? Då kommer månen med sin kraft att sätta allt på "sin spets" och ni ser i efterhand att det blev extra jobbigt kring just fullmånen?

När ni medvetet vill rena er, rena ert sinne, var ej rädda för månen kommer att hjälpa er, om ni önskar det! 

Ni borde vara måna om er personliga och andliga utveckling som själar på Moder Jord och det erbjuds ett antal naturliga terapiformer, som Jorden och Månen och även Solen erbjuder.

Dessa är gratis, det enda är att ni måste förstå att Ni inte är ensamma. Ni ingår i ett enormt stort system, inte bara en cykel, det är flera hjul, både stora och små, och att inte inse det och till och med spjärna emot, kommer att ta mycket av er värdefulla energi. 

Solen erbjuder, aktivitet, påfyllnad av energi, och belysning av vad som är viktigt för dig.

Och hur går solens terapi till?

Sol betyder dagtid och på dagen så passar det att göra vissa saker mer än på nattetid. Dagtid med sol, är det maskulina sättet att göra saker på, det är aktivt, torrt, varmt, problemlösande, vaket medvetande och det handlar om den materiella världen som du rör dig ständigt i som vaken under dagtid.

Du går ut i solen en stund och får ljus direkt på dig och sedan använder du dig mentalt av detta solljus under resten av dagen till att belysa dina göranden, detta göra att du kommer att känna in om du kan "torka upp" i dina göromål, där det finns mer "fukt" än vad du behöver!

Ett exempel:

Du lagar mat i ditt kök och det är dag. Det är något i ditt kök som du inte känner dig nöjd med och du kan inte sätta fingret på det. Så du ser solen skina ute och du går genast ut och får solen på dig i minst 15 minuter. Sedan går du in igen och känner solljuset stråla ut från din kropp. Andligt och intuitivt så kommer du nu får solens insikter berättade för dig.

Du lyser nu upp ditt kök med ditt nyligen uppladdade solljus och känner att du får till dig ett budskap:

Solen säger: Se ditt kök, du känner att något inte stämmer, och du har funderat på vad som skulle göra det bättre?

Solen fortsätter: Nu när du visar mig ditt kök så känner jag att du borde städa och sortera, du borde ha olika platser för de saker du använder mest och ha dem lättillgängliga. Du har sparat massor av saker du inte behöver och låter dem ta det främsta rummet. Så du behöver helt enkelt stor-städa och göra nytt utrymme till det du verkligen älskar i ditt kök. Då kommer din matlagning bli rolig igen, och det har du saknat länge.

Oj vad bra tänker du! Solen har hjälpt dig. Solen har olika partiklar som strålar och de följer med dig in där det är mörkt eller mörkare. Men du måste själv låta denna processen få jobba och du lär dig efter hand hur det fungerar. Och allt handlar om kärlek. 

Du älskar solen, och ljuset, strålarna, andas in ljuset och älska det, sedan kommer du inomhus och andas ut kärleken och solens energi för du är elementet, lagringsplatsen av solljuset.

You are living under a dark cloud, that for now tries to increase your memoryloss, of love and its healing abilities.

Dark powers try to make you forget about love, over and over again. They seem to have a lot of energy? They are powered by negative energies that are very bad.

But I just want to make totally sure that whatever you go through in your life, know that there is always sunshine above the dark clouds, and over the chemtrails.

The sky is always blue and the sun is shining above your head, so please always trust in that love will awaken once again within you, because it is there, you just have to have FAITH in it, and trust it. Acknowledge it, make room for love, please!

The love resides within your heart, your body and spirit, just don´t let go of the faith in love, do not throw away your light, the forever important knowledge about the eternal ray of love, it is your legacy.

It is within you, not on the outside. You can close your eyes and just allow yourself to be, to exist for a little while each day, and have faith in yourself.

A picture says more than a thousands of words? Yes, so when you close your eyes for a moment, you ARE!

You do not see me, you can feel me, with your heart´s love.

Goddess Tamar A piece of Earth!

I am Tamar and I am very old. I live on Earth, I grow in the soil and I share my dates from my palmtrees with you.

Every tree, have a goddess or god, every living green sprout have a soul.

Every root matters, nothing is insignificant.

And all the wonderful beings of Earth like the sylphs help us!

Everything is a heartwarming collaboration, and everyone have a task to do. 

And everyone loves Mother Earth more than everything and puts her as the first thing on their to-do-list, because there is nothing more important than caring about and loving the living being that is the home for us all.

There are no coincindences, everything happens for a reason.

There is a flow, a natural rythm, actually several rythms and it really is like an orchestra playing a magnificent piece of music.

In this great orchestra you find many players, and the biggest operahouse that you can ever imagine is filled to the brim.

But the thing is: you humans do not see her like this. Her, I mean your Mother Earth, and she is also my dear Mother, she is the Mother of all the entire orchestra.

Nature and your Mother Earth are a magnificent collaboration a piece of art, but you humans think nothing of it?

In every little straw of grass, there is life, there is little gnomes caring for every green straw. Every little seed does not just happen to grow by a coinsidense.

Every seed is so precious. Not one single seed is un-important.

The little fairies that help the seeds to land on the exact right place work very hard. And the sylphs help too! 

The wind is not only "the wind".

The wind is a living being. The wind feels. The wind is not an empty void.

This is why you should really love your breaths, every one of them, because the wind is a part of the great symphony of Earth, and playes a great role as an element.

When you love yourself, and when you love your breaths you take a conscious step forward in being active in this great collaboration of love, hope, faith, joy and gratitude, and you also take part in the great orchestra and in the joyfull togetherness of creating a wondeful place to live on - Earth - our mutual dear beloved Mother.

So we see that your seat is already reserved in the greatest magnificent operahouse of all, the great beautiful Mother Earth and you are very much loved and awaited!

Goddess Nike The Flame of Peace

I am Nike, some say I am a goddess, and if so, all feminine beings are the same, we are just unique and good at different things.

But there is one thing that we all carry, and that is the flame of peace. And it is all about the will, our own choice what we really feel matters.

So what is important to you?

What matters to you?

Do you realize that you hold the flame of peace in your hand?

The flame of peace is a living energy, it is a spirit! It is a free spirit that is a lover of truth and harmony of the heart.

And you have it! You actually carry this sacred energy with you at all times!

But many of you do not realize this! You can feel this energy in the palm of your hand, when you love your hands from your beloved heart.

Breath love, in and out, and love all of you. Focus on your hands, on your palms, and then you feel it!

This energy IS YOU. And when you are aware of the love that IS you, you can pay it forward.

Begin by putting your hands on yourself, on your own body. Feel the energy flow. This is peace! This is love! 

You carry this torch of peace and it has your own signum, that is your hearts ambition, your creation, your voice.

Olympia. The sign of peace is when you are willing to carry this flame of peace, and make sure it never dies. It is a sign of faith, it is a sign of trust in the higher godness, and that you pass on your healing energy to a friend that do the same, for the sake of all good.

In this way there will be peace everywhere, there will be a good life for everyone, because sharing is the most essential of all.

So I say to you, have faith in yourself and you can be sure that you will pass faith on and you will help create a better and more loving world and this is the greatest prize and all will be the winners!

Archangel Uriel A glance through the keyhole!

I am archangel Uriel and a long time ago I was called another name.

People for eons of millenia ago called me Ur.

I am very old and I represent the bear collective, Ursus. 

The bears are very old souls as a collective group and we deal with different challenges and missions through out the Universe.

My writer and channeler Kerstin is a living voice for us because she can tap into us and feel our words and feelings.

Right now there is also a turmoil for the bears on Earth, they have smaller space to move on, to live on. Bears have territories and they move with the sun around this land as soon as they get out of their wintersleep. 

Humans make more and more room for themselves and the bears and also other wild animals are forced to live in new areas almost daily. Some bears are so depressed that they want to commit suicide.

What humans lack is understanding and gratefulness. We could live side by side if there was knowledge about us, the Ursus Community says.

But what worries us more is that you as humans also feel depressed because you do not live according to the true heartbeat of Gaia, then it is almost impossible to feel okay.

So we as the Ursus Community want to underline the importance of knowledge of the Animal Kingdom, and of course also about the Plant and Mineral Kingdom.

Please listen to her, your beloved Mother Earth! She is also our Mother! We think she is holy, we feel that she is the most important thing for us! Everything starts with her, and ends with her, so she can never be un-important, that is impossible!

She must be number one on your priority list, always! This is the only way to feel good, to be able to thrive on this planet!

You are born into a human "suit" and even if you would fly off to another planet, to escape her, you would not escape the fact that your human body and spirit belongs here, where you are born. 

So do not escape, it is impossible to make another planet your homeplanet as you hold Mother Earth as home in your DNA as well as heart. Make a positive move right now and love her, give her full acknowledgement now, and I really mean right now!

Love your Mother Planet, love Earth and you can start the journey of learning about yourself and how to really live a good life here.

Every step matters, every breath matters, every heartbeat matters and we the Ursus Communty follow you and we know about all your steps, your breaths and heartbeats, as we are one.

We know about your life and we know when you laugh and we know when you cry. You are certainly not alone.

We are not only brown or black furred bears, we are wisdomkeepers. And we know that only love will heal all your wounds.

So first; Start by loving and accepting yourself!

And then second: there we are, waiting for you to take that enlightened step to embrace yourself. 

We look forward to live in a positive co-existance on our mutual Mother Earth as we are one and we need each other.
