Mother Mary Know that you glow in the dark!

I am a Mother, and I am very old. I have given birth to many children, and I love them all! 

I have given them nourishment from my breasts all the time, it is a constant flow.

But living is not all about just eating to grow and stay alive.

Living is about knowing who you really are!

Now when I am living in higher dimension and see you all, and feel you all, I can say that I would gladly give you the nourishment that you need, if you like.

It is food for thought to realize that you are a glowing light!

In the dark you actually glow! You glow in your unique colors that no one else has but you!

And I recognize your colors as well! For I have seen them a long time ago!

You see, you are not novelty, you are old, and your colors are your souls emblem, it is your aura that is revealing your identity for me.

You all have an unique aura, your identity aura! And it is a true marvel to behold.

Sometimes you forget about who you are!

You are an universal soul on a visit to live on Earth and to spread your colors of light and love! 

But you live in the dark! For the very life on Earth is in the darkness of the fears of minds and closed hearts.

And sometimes you forget who you are!

You forget sometimes that you have beautiful colors that are totally unique for you!

For you are submerged in the dark pit of the fears that the collective mind of humans and also animals feel and amnesia is very common, so you forget time after time who you truly are!

But if you like and need I will say to you: 

I love you with all of my heart! 

And I will hold you in my arms if you will! 

I will hold you close to my heart, and when you are calm and at peace you will feel that our hearts beats in the same pace.

I want to say to you, that I love you, for who you are, and I know all the uniqness of you, and I will encourage you to stand up for all that you love in your heart! 

You are a fighter for love and peace and you care a great deal about the wellbeing of Mother Earth and all living souls.

You usually give a lot more that you receive and many take you for granted. Sometimes you feel that you are a floormat to some people and you just take it, and you don´t say no?

So speak up! Say no if you don´t like it!

You are a love being, but you don´t have to pretend to like something that you feel in your heart is totally wrong.

You can just say no! 

Or just leave those people that treat you wrong. And you don´t even have to give an explanation. 

For sometimes your brain tries to explain why you don´t like something and you get entangled in you mind for you don´t find an answer to why? 

Sometimes you try to get a logical answer? "You shouldn´t feel this or that?" 

But if you ask your heart instead you WILL find your answer! And the answer is your feeling!

You see, you brain tries to prove, everything, and if you don´t find a legit answer you think you are wrong!?

But your heart have the answer all along!

Your heart makes you feel, it is a true relief to leave the room with the people that are not nice to you. And you don´t have to find any evidence anywhere for you opinion, just leave the room!

No proof is necessary, just your confirming feeling, inside your heart, and in your tummy.

Do you understand me?

Your heart is a realm! And the heart has no eyes! 

The heart weighs what you feel and from your universal source you feel the answer deep inside of your heart.

When you follow your heart, you shine even brighter in all of your beautiful colors!

The more you try to fit in to the three dimensional life, and not really standing up for yourself, and what you really feel is true deep in your heart, the less your colors shine!

The third dimension is the old way of living, that you lived in decades ago. But now you have one leg in the fifth dimension, and your connection will work better if you let go of the old and stand up for what you feel in your heart, because that is the TRUE YOU!

So my dear beautiful friend you are welcome to glow in your brightest light and beautiful colors, but til then, I love you just as you are and I love you forever for I know you will make it!

Adama They love you anyway!

I am Adama and I am very old.

I have lived many lives on Earth and I know her well.

I even know Earth very well, she is your Mother.

Many of you still fight over land, over borders, over water and that is what anyone would do before they evolve and begin to understand the very meaning of life on Earth.

I did the same once. I did fight too, a very long time ago, in a life many thousands of years ago.

But I chose to live many lives on Earth. So slowly in life after life, I was like a stone on a beach, for every wave I became a little rounder, and a little smoother.

It takes time, to evolve and to understand her, your Mother.

She is a home! She is a way to walk! She is a living breathing soul.

Let her be your sacred hearth.

It is not always easy to live on her even if there where no wars and no fighting. For she has ways in which she moves.

She have to move, she have to evolve too, just like you and me.

Earthquakes, vulcanoes, and more. And many of you are mad at her for she makes you afraid, and this is normal.

But. When you are in contact with her, she will say to you: 

don´t build a house there, build it in another spot, and she would say where.

She will guide you, when you can hear her. But you have to be able to listen first!

And to be able to listen means that you first have to be silent.

You are so busy living your life that you don´t make room for the listening.

I am not angry with you, no not at all, but it takes time to evolve, and to be able to hear her, for then you will get very good advice, I guarantee it.

She loves you all, and she awaits most of you, for most of you are not in contact with her yet.

Some of you walk with Mother Earth and you know that she walks beside you, and you can hear her advice!

Some of you walk with Gaia and you also know that God walks on the other side.

Being in silence, meditating, grounding yourself, means that you will find connection with heaven and God and the Angels But most essential, you will find contact with Mother Earth, Gaia, all the guides.

As an earthling, born on Earth, it is highly essential for you to be grounded, otherwise your contact with Jesus Sananda or Buddha or other goodhearted guide will be more unclear, maybe even so bad that you don´t notice their presence?

You see, Jesus walks beside you too! Just as God does! But the very connection needs repairing at once! For you are awaited!

But the connection to Mother Earth is extremely important, for you start where your feet is! And your feet is walking on Earth!

And many of you still think that only humans have souls?

Oh dear friend, everything, all that lives, have a soul.

A tree have a soul. A bird have a soul. Everything that lives is connected with a soul.

Many of you still think the Animal Kingdom is just like going to a buffet at a restaurant, they -the animals- are here to serve you at all times?

When you awaken, you will turn around 180 degrees.

Then you will probably not eat meat anymore. Nor any fish.

The souls of the animals must be treated with respect at all stages of life. Now many cows live, as an example, in a way that resembles, prison, or death camps.

The same goes for pigs, and chickens, hens and roosters. Did you know that it is common that they ground the male chickens alive in the factories?

This is horrific, this is war! This is so cruel!

And this is what humans do to souls!

There already is a war, but not with the regular weapons, but in the factories of animals, and the damage that is made to Earth and Water, Air and Fire, and also many trees are cutt down. 

By understanding what your people already do to other souls, will, make you understand, there is a question you need to ask yourself; how do you treat yourself, as you too are a soul.

It is all connected! There are no separation! 

There is an invisible mycelium that connects all souls with the great soul of Mother Earth. She feels all the pain. 

She feels you. And she loves you, for she understands that it takes time. But she wanted me to write tonight to remind you, to wake you up more. When you read this, you make room for yourself to grow and first it hurts, to realize. And then you can choose gratitude and humility.

Create peace inside first! Then you can begin to create peace outside of you!

It is not easy to live on Earth, for there is so much pain.

And no matter how sad it sounds, this is what you learn from.

You must walk this way. And eventually you will wake up to the reality of how souls are being treated on Earth. 

Everything is soulful.

If you pick a flower then the place where it grew will miss it.

If you take a walk on the path in the forrest, you are being noticed by the guardian of the area, and every step counts. 

You are welcome to learn! You are loved! 

But please remember that the Animal Kingdom and the Plant Kingdom and the Mineral Kingdom are infinitely vast realms with so much knowledge, that you could call them for being a living library of the Universes.

Every animal (just mentioning a few), every cow, every horse, every chicken, every pig, every butterfly, every fish, every ant and every tree, flower, every lichen, fungi, moss, is a representative, like a diplomat, representing a realm far away from Earth.

When you learn to listen to Mother Earth, then you can hear what good advice they really want to give you, as a gift of life!

And why would they want to give you a good advice, and when you let them to live in heartless environments, and for the purpose for you to eat them?

So why would they still want to help you? And even give you loving advice? 

Because they love you anyway! 

So please dear friend be grateful for their sacrifice!

In their higher selves, they still love you, despite your ignorance, because they know your ignorance comes from immaturity. And immaturity is connected to, childhood.

So it might feel like a mess right now? And some of you might be sad, or regretful? 

And yet this comes from tuning in, listening to your heart! And this is a sign of an awakening! And now we are getting somewhere and that is really good!

Start by being grateful, if you eat meat, and of course for whatever you eat or drink!

I am just giving a little advice: 

look at your mentors or gurus, check out what food they eat! Check out if they say thanks for each meal/drink. If you really look up to a guru, check out how they treat their bodies. Check out if your guru shows true gratefulness. Trust your heart and listen to what it says to you!

Everytime you drink water, hold the cup in your hands and say:

I love you dear water! Say thank you to the water! And the same goes for the food. This sends a powerful message all around you that you are grateful for food and drink. It sends a message to all the elements that you indeed care! 

Start now, start where you are, it is free, it is just a hint on how you can live on Earth in a way that lasts forever. For love is forever.

No one judges you but yourself, but hand on heart, therein is your answer. 

The war on earth is a war between the heart and the brain.

And the energy of the higher etherical heart that you have, in it resides the power of peace and eternal love. 

No matter where you are in you awakening, know that you are loved, and you are awaited for you are unique! 

You all together create a beautiful symfony of colors and tones and we love when you awaken to the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension, and we say,

Do you believe in love?

Do you have faith in yourself?

Do you find a good hope in your heart?

I am Sananda and today I ask you many questions!

And why?

For you are so important to me!

You ARE! And right now this is the most important!

Not yesterday nor the future, NOW!

If you love the now, and if you love yourself exactly as you are in this very moment, 

then your future will transform into just this: love!

Your future can´t be better than what it is right now.

If you are negative right now how can your future be any better?

It is like planting a seed right now, and you really love it!

You care for this little seed, you water it, you give it whatever it needs for you love it!

And the seed IS YOU!

YOU nurture yourself at ALL MOMENTS!

If you give your seed (yourself) love, then love will grow! And you will sprout in the future and your flowers and fruits will be filled with love and sweet smell and taste.

Every breath counts! Love your breaths! Now in this moment!

Every step that you take counts! Love every step that you take! Now in this moment!

Loving is NEVER for later on, some other day, next week...!

Loving is right now, and always...forever!

The love energy is a realm of its own, with souls, cities, forrests, and they are your family!

You connect via love in your heart, right now!

Why waste one single second, one single minute on something that is not love?

Well you are awaited! By the love realms!

So it is up to you to decide! Do you choose the way of love? 

For you are so welcome, you are so loved, and you can decide not to interact in negative circumstances, that hinders your way, your natural loveway to met us, your family.

Just back down, go another way, when you are intangled in something negative, you don´t have to be there, you don´t have to feed it anymore. Just say no. Trust your gut feeling, trust your heart feeling, and all of your senses. Just go! You don´t have to explain, it is enough if you feel it is wrong.

You owe it to yourself to trust yourself! If it feels negative, heavy, with no true hearts joy, in whatever project you are into - say no thanks and leave! 

I am there with you always, and I feel that you are growing stronger and this is exactly what you are meant to do!

You are a lovebeing,  love is your true environment, and you have worked so hard, in the darkest places, spreading your unique light and love for a long time.

Just remember that you do not always have to fight in the worst of wars, you do not have to struggle in the worst of storms of negativity, you can use your strenght of love to just walk away. 

This is a powerful way of showing love. To not participate in negative projects small or big.

Use the time for you! Here and now!

Love awaits you in a swirl that is so beautiful just as you are!

This is very important to know when you are new to the spiritworld, for some will try and make contact with you. And why?

When you open up, they see your light!

And then my own thoughts about the text I just received from Michael and Faith is that there are actually important questions a medium or a healer or a psychic should ask themselves before they start working. 

A medium should know who their guide/guides are! And those that contact a medium or psychic for a job, should ask their medium WHO their guides are, don´t you think?

A good medium can communicate with ..." It is pretty interesting! Well as I wrote this it is just a little part of the text!
