You are bio-masse and when you say a prayer you are acting as a conduit.
You are ENERGY of LOVE.
When you hold you hands together, palm to palm and fingertips to fingertips you close the circle and make it full and charged.
You charge your prayer with energy from yourself.
The more grounded you are, the more contact you will get.
You are energy - and to make contact with higher realms you need your love in your heart.
That is how we comunicate always, throught love, and hope as well as faith.
Faith hope and love is a sacred energy, an eternal energy, and attempts have been made by dark forces to destroy it.
If you appreciate love, hope and faith as a trinity, you will face opponents to this. They will do things to make you go in another direction.
How important is it that faith hope and love is ONE energy?

If you take only faith - and mix it with a great ego - you will get an extremist or maybe a dictator. You will get someone who only have faith in him or her self!
The opposite to this is someone that have a good faith and embraces all and loves all, and have hope in everyone to stand in her or his own true light of love.
This is why it is of the greatest importance that you consider - how is your own faith doing?
Do you have faith in a better world that lives in a loving coherence with all as ONE tribe of all colors and that are holding each others hands.
Or is your faith seeing separation or excluding people or possibilities?
It is good, coming from a good source to look upon your own faith from time to time.
When your faith works as it is meant to do it embraces differences, it talks to communicate, saying daily prayers, it comtemplates, to ponder over what course of action is needed.
True faith hope and love never feels fear. Fear is the absence of love. So just as you say prayers each day, take it in to your personal consideration to ask your heart every now and then how your faith is doing.
As it is blooming time in the northern hemisphere it is also a time of spiritual growth and it is especially important to seek a clear path of good faith in each other.
I love you always and I know that living on earth is not an easy task. There is turbulence and you just have to work on having your channel clear and open as usual.
