Everything comes from you, yourself!
I believe in you! I just want you to believe in yourself!
By doing just a tiny little thing, as you would probably would think, you still do a movement, you do something, and it is very much better than doing absolutely nothing.
And what should you do? What is it that I am talking about?
Do it with your heart! Let it come from your heart! Even if it is a hard and difficult task.
No matter what you deside to do, you can always choose to do it with your heart.
For instance: if you have a difficult task to do, that you have to do and you can not choose otherwise, be mild where you can! Be gentle anyway. Explain. Show what you mean. Be clear. Use a pleasant voice!
For example: Even if you have to give a not so nice message! But be totally honest! "I have to tell you this! And from my heart I just have to say I am sorry, but we have agreed on this"!
Be empatic, show that you care! Think "if this was I who would receive this message how would I like it to be presented?!"
And why do I even bring this up? About you have to give a not so nice message to anyone?
The truth can not be hidden! The truth always comes out sooner or later! If you know something to be true, do not be quiet!
It is a personal choice! But if you love the truth and you love peace and transparancy, then you can not be quiet?
So, when you speak your mind, you can choose to do it with your heart and you can choose to do it gently, just wanted to say this to you because you hesitated about it earlier?
