Vittra Se rakt igenom alla slöjor och finn klarheten!

Vi är Vittra och vi lever på jorden sedan mycket längre än Ni. Det faktum att vi är mycket gamla gör att vi har lärt oss väldigt mycket.

Vi har gått igenom nästan exakt samma som ni och vi vet att ni går igenom en lång läroprocess, i hur ni skiljer ut vad som verkligen är viktigt i livet.

Läran om livet är egentligen läran om kärleken!

Livet är evigt när du omfamnar kärleken helt och hållet!

Men som jag nämnde alldeles nyss, så är det en läroprocess som inte kan skyndas på. Den måste läras, steg för steg, hjärtslag för hjärtslag, och andetag för andetag.

På ett högre plan så har ni ert högre jag, samt er själ och ni hjälper alla Moder Jord i sin uppstigning som ni själva arbetar fram via ert hjärtliga och innerliga jobb, när ni jobbar med er egen väg, kärlekens väg.

Det ni gör är ett magnifikt samarbete och ni höjer er alla tillsammans konstant. I kärlekens namn så är ingenting separat! 

Kärleken separerar inte, utesluter inte.

Kärleken omfamnar, och helar och tar hand om, alltid!

Den sanna kärleken är evig och den tar sin tid, men den jobbar sig alltid fram sakta men säkert!

Minns att du alltid har en kontakt med den sanna kärleken i ditt sakrala hjärta och du kan alltid nå dina guider och högre jag samt själ där.

Minns vem du är! Du glömmer alldeles för lätt min vän.

I omvärldens turbulenta skeenden så blir du indragen i negativa tankemönster och du känner av rädslor i massmedvetenheten som många delar.

Du kan själv stänga av tv´n. Du kan själv välja att inte se på negativa nyheter dygnet runt. Du kan själv välja att exempelvis virka en grytlapp, sjunga en sång, baka ett bröd. Meditera. 

Du kan välja att be en bön, varje dag.

Du har ett val! 

Du kan välja att lyssna på musik som du mår bra av! Lyssna på musik där orden är kärleksfulla och positiva.

Du har ett val! 

Du kan välja att dansa till rytmisk musik som du blir glad av i ditt hjärta!

Finn din glädje igen, det är faktiskt ett val du har! Och i din hjärteglädje så finner du Dig Själv!

Och vi Vittra, vi går med dig här på jorden. Du kan fråga oss om det du önskar lära dig mer om, gällande jorden.

Vi älskar dig, vi vet vad du går igenom, och glöm inte vem du är och att du har ett val. Och genom alla slöjor kommer du att finna dig själv och din glädje i den vackraste klarheten!

Mother Mary In your heart!

I am Mother Mary and I know that in your heart you already know me!

I love you very much and I wanted to say that each night when you sleep you visit me in heaven.

When we meet in heaven we take a walk together in the most beautiful garden! In this garden grows wonderful flowers in colors you have never seen before. And the colors you already know are the colors of the rainbow, they are here too. 

All the colors are vibrations! And they heal you! You can just look at a flower that you are drawn to, and it will heal you by its color.

When you feel drawn and attracted to a special color it means that you need this vibration.

Say to the flower "-I love you dear flower, and I thank God for your healing abilities and I accept them if you give them to me"! And so, the flower hears you, and will give you the healing that you need.

This goes for the flowers on Earth too! They are devoted to give healing! On Earth you say "-Dear Mother Earth I gladly accept the healing from this particular beautiful flower, and I am very grateful for the healing if the flower will give me this"! 

It is a constant communication! And it is all about gratefulness from your heart! Say thank you! Always! Whenever you receive from Mother Earth! Your food! Your healing! The water you drink! 

All your etherical guides hear you! God hears you when you say thank you to Mother Earth and God helps you!

God loves Mother Earth and works very hard each heartbeat.

God workes hard to make Earth a loving peaceful place for all the children to live in.

If you treat Mother Earth with the love and respect in your heart God will reach out to you, and say: I am so glad you treat your Mother with love and respect, and now I really feel you and your intentions.

God does not want you to roll out a red carpet for God. God does not want you to worship God and at the same time you forget about Mother Earth, she who gives you everything.

Some of my dear children of Earth have a neckpain, for looking up towards heaven and God, and then totally forgetting about what is under your own foot soles.

Every step matters! Your feet are so important! When you cherish your feet, keeping them clean, and taking off your shoes before you go into a house, it is good caring routine.

Taking of the shoes before going into a home is respect! And much cleaner! 

Jesus got his feet washed by Mary Magdalene, because he had walked so long, and his feet had blisters and where very dirty. Mary Magdalene washed his feet with water, that she blessed, before she rinsed the soap off his feet. And his feet healed very fast after.

Bless the water! Bless your food! Bless the air that you breathe! Bless from your heart all that you love and use on a daily basis!

When bless your food it gets a higher healing vibration!

When you say thank you from heart, to Mother Earth, you highten your own vibration and you feel the reply from Mother Earth in your heart, filled with love and gratitude!

Being grateful is the key essence of living on Earth for then you create a bond with her, your Mother. God wants you to love her just as much as you love God.

Sananda All the words in the world!

With all the words at my disposal, that exist in the world, in all of the languages all together, what would I really say?

What would be of any importance?

I would speak only from my heart and say: I love you so dearly and I can never say it to many times!

I know you, I see you but most of all I feel you!

I feel you behind all the smiles and also all the tears, and I see you behind all the feelings and I see a miracle!

But you can not find this, no not at all!

You feel all your fears, your worries, and you find yourself sweapt away in negativities of the wordly living.

Beyond all the words of the entire world are all the feelings.

Everything starts with a feeling, and what I feel in my heart is the most clear insight to my reality and my own truth.

What you feel in your heart is your own clear truth! All your thoughts in your head is ripples on the surface of the water, eminating from your heart, the source is your dear heart.

It is easy to be sweapt away by ideas, and projects that are not true to your own core of light and love.

And how can you be updated with your own core of light and love?

Always seek a silent moment each day, it does not take very long, I promise you.

All that matters is you and your inner core of love and light and that you can feel it.

Ground yourself each day too! Eat vegetables, they ground you! Take a walk in nature, it grounds you!

Love each breath that you take, it grounds you, and re-connects you with your universal roots.

Being grounded means you get your true connection upwards!

And there is so much love coming your way, for you have forgotten about who you are.

You have been swept away from yourself, into oblivion, in the turmoil of the scenery of your wordly life.

What un-grounds you? :

New technology, wireless technology, it makes you fly, but not in a very good way. 

Fast food. Processed food. The more processed the food is, the less nutrients if still there for you to eat.

Eating meat: eating a living being that has two eyes, it means you eat another soul, it does not aid you to eat meat, you actually steal soulenergy from another being, and this will distabilize your own connection to your own soul. So many animals are being tormented and slaughtered in the most cruel ways and then a little later served on your own plate! Please care! Please care for what you put into your own mouth!

Your mouth is a portal! Actually your mouth is a very important portal that connects you to the universe! And how!?

When you sing! Yes when you sing you reconnect with the enitre universe and it hears you very well!

But when you contaminate your own mouth with eating another soul, when you eat meat, it will block you more than you think! 

Yes I am a vegan! And I know many of you try to eat vegan, but you feel you lack nutrients?

Go to the very source and eat vegetables that comes from your nearby village / area. Learn about what you can pick in the wild and eat! And never eat anything you are not absolutely sure of, what it is.

With all the love in my heart I say: I love you and I know you and I knew you from before you where born into Earth, and I am Sananda!

You walk with me by my side! I do not walk before you! No! We actually walk hand in hand, shoulder by shoulder and heart by heart! We are connected!

Just try! To eat healthy for your beloved soul and heart! Treat yourself with love and also others too!

Say thanks from your heart to your food and drink at every moment, each day and your dear Mother Earth will give you a heartwarming thank you directly to your heart, and you will be connected to her.

Mother Earth is a living and breathing soul that also walkes beside you and me as we walk the walk of peace and love on Earth, always heart by heart and hand in hand.
