 I am very old and for me Mother Earth is everything.

You are a part of her, as you walk on her, live on her, breath your breaths there.

Mother Earth provides your environement to live in.

So how you treat her, becomes your reality.

If you throw litter on the ground or water, this will be your new environement to live in.

Every move matters. Move your hand to the trash can and throw the litter there. 

But there is sadly worse happenings going on, over your heads.

So you need to awaken, to what is going on.

As long as money rules the world, you can not trust anyone.

Look with your own eyes! There is a comfortable world within the  fiction, games, movies and you can live there, not embrasing reality of Mother Earth.

Go un-plugged! Go no-screen, every day! And look for yourself what is going on.

Mother Earth actually depends on what you do! She depends on what you choose to do with your reality.

Now you can lay in your sofa, controlling your lawnmover, your kitchen appliances to clean or cock your dinner, you hardly need to move your body?

More and more devises are highly intelligent, but nothing beats your biological intelligence.

Cut your lawn with the old lawnmover, walk those steps and get sweaty.

Put your hands into the dough when you bake the bread, feel it, touch it, move your body and move and use your fingers to create a lovely bread, feel the joy when you create!

The new threadless programmable technical appliances, needs to be connected to your router and the masts.

And soon your electrical bills will go up, for you need more power, to the server halls, data centers, to make them all work.

So you will stay more and more in your sofa, looking at a tv series or a movie or playing a game via the consol, and you will use your own legs less, your fingers less, your brain less. 

Your body are meant to be used! Your brain needs stimuli as opening up for more creativity, more imagination.

Seeing a movie or playing a game, is not all bad, of course not, but it serves you its own fantasy on a platter. 

Your dear Mother Earth needs your fingers in the soil when you are in the garden, when you plant seeds. And this gives you a heartfelt joy too!

Every move you do with you body makes a certain cemistry working that your body needs to feel good.

When you do handicraft, when you use your fingers and hands you give your brain energy and stimuli and you feel better, stronger and more focused. And why?

You are meant to move your fingers, and you are meant to move and walk, run, jogg.

You are meant to watch a wonderful sunrise and say a prayer and imagine a beautiful day and then make this happen, via your love for creativity.

Being outdoors will give you hightened senses and gives you inspiration to new good projects.

Maybe it is time to set some rules? 

One hour each day to watch some ready made fantasy on movies and so? And then make it on your own like your forfathers did.

Your ancestors, could appreciate the leafs of a tree, to observe them as they moved in the wind.

As they did this they could tell from wich direction the wind came. And therefore they could tell what weather it would be the day after.

There are so much knowledge the elders have. Ask them! Now! And learn from them! Their knowledge is so important!

Your ancestors learned about the land, the wind, the waters and the seasons that changes and much more.

They met around the table or around the fire and talked to each other.

Now you have replaced the fire with the tv or a computer? And you sit quiet and listening and looking at the tv, not so much talking to each other?

It´s ok, but please make up your mind dear. Maybe it is time to take a time-out from it, do something else? Take out your old grannys recepies of lemonade or bread or pie, and make it, bake it! 

Listen to the birds that sing and hear the rain fall and feel the wind in your hair.

Your nonna and ancestors never sat by a screen looking, getting all their creativity from a programmed fiction. They could read books! And books leave room for your own fantasy to bloom as your read! You create your own pictures in your mind when you read a book! 

You can learn a craft, maybe what your grandfather did? Granny? Mother or father?

Ask them. let them show you! 

I am not saying that everything was better before, in the old days, but then back in older days, they found time to slow cock food, to knit a sweater, to bake bread, making lemonade, mowing the lawn, to talk to each other, to look at each other and create bonds between people and hearts, they laughed and cried together, they shared over a good meal.

There should be free bussrides to beautiful spots to watch the sunrise together, bonding for the wonderful new future you can create together.

I love you, and I know you are a true creator, but you have to remember that you are!

The medium, is a channel, and gives the healing to however it is that has ordered it.

A healer that has never experienced pain? And never felt anything problematic, a handicap, with the body, have a harder time understanding the receiver.

A healer always works with a source! Where the healing actually comes from! And my dear channeler works with me, archangel Metatron, archangel Michael and the Plant Kingdom.

Mother Mary Holy prayer!

I am Mother Mary and I love you very much!

Today I will speak about, the prayer.

You see, the prayer, is holy!

Saying a prayer, is a comittment of love, of hope and faith!

Via your gratitude, and through the heartfelt joy you feel in your heart, you send prayers that can make miracles happen!

Put your fingertips together, put your palms together and speak from your heart!

You do not need to wear any special clothes, nor need you be in a church, just close your eyes and say your prayer and God hears you!

You can do it while you stand in line in your grocery store.

You can say a prayer when you sunbathe on the beach.

You can say a prayer when you take a walk in the city or in the nature. As long as you talk, with, gratitude, your are heard!

You actually do not need to put your hands together, God hears you anyway, of course!

God hears you, no matter where you are, in the deepest of waters or on the highest of mountains, or in between.

But when you take time, to say a prayer, maybe at your own altar, then you put your hands together for you create a full circe with your arms, and this sends a stronger energy to God.

It has to do with your body, it is biology, when you say a prayer to God. 

You are the sender, like a tower. And when you are properly grounded, you get better contact. When you shape you body into a circle with your arms, when you hold your hands together it is so much stronger wave-lenght, in your transmission. It has to do with your heartspace, it becomes bigger!

Every pose of your body, is a message into the ether.

Everytime you make different poses in yoga, you send different messages into the ether.

Every gesture, every single little blink of your eyes, is a message that you send out into the ether.

When you dance, samba, tango, or waltz or whatever dance it is, it is actually messages. Because you make patterns in the air.

Some talk about the butterfly effect and it is actually pretty true.

What you do matters! Every movement! Choose carefully dear!

So, when you say a prayer, always do it from your heart! Then you are really being heard!

Whenever you move, when you dance, when you stand in line in the queue in the supermarket, or wherever you are, you make a difference, for you move the air.

You make patterns! Wherever you go! So make them all with love, with care, to yourself and others around you.

You are beautiful, and you make wonderful patterns all around you, you realize that it is all connected. There are no separation.

If you love nature you realize that it becomes your church and wherever you prefer is a good place to say a prayer.

Mother Earth, Gaia provides, the flowers, the sunrises, the dew in the early mornings and then it is a very good time to say the prayer, so its energy can last the whole day. 

There is best before date on prayers, they last to the next days sunrise! 

You create when you say a prayer, you believe, you have a dream, you manifest what you hold in your heart!

For every prayer you say, you also prove to yourself and God that you are a true creator of love, for it all starts somewhere, it starts as a vision of faith hope and love.

When you understand how important it is to create love, to manifest what you believe in, what you have faith in and hope for, you actually make flowers bloom!

Yes you make flowers bloom, and you make a paradise for the butterflies and the bees and bumblebees.

The winged ones, feels your prayers! And others too!

So be ready to create love, to manifest a beautiful garden with an abundance of blossoming flowers, as within as without, breath in and breath out and love the air!

You are love! You already have it!

You just have to remember who you are!

You are a creator of love, and your prayers multiply your vision of heaven on Earth!

Grace is a vibration! Gratefullness is a world! To be grateful is the key to a realm of its own. And there you always find me!

Mother Earth can not be owned. Mother Earth is lended to those that live on her, you are her caretakers.

Mother Earth is something so extremely precious that you absolutely want to preserve her to the coming generations.

You feel the natural love for her and you want to heal her and always love and cherish her. And you feel the natural urge to say thank you, to all that she gives you.

And when you can quieten your dear mind, that is when you can begin to feel her, and even hear her.

Mother Earth is a soul of her own. She has a pulse, and a heartbeat of her own. She actually have several pulses and much more.

She has wonderful secrets, that she eventually will reweal for the human race, but, it has all to do with the respect for life, and for her.

A war on the outside, starts with a mindset within, where war is the only solution. It has to do with each and everyone of you.

What is your mindset? And even more important, what is your heart saying?

Everyone has to become conscious about their own personal way of thinking, feeling, and then furthermore, what you actually create, what you put into this world.

What do you manifest? What do you create?

Thoughts are energies!

Every little feeling is an energy!

You create when you fantasise! First it is a creation in your mind, and maybe in your heart too. Then you begin to manifest it, into the world, into your dimension.

A war begins, somewhere. And where do you guess that is starts?

Yes it begins in your minds. And the engine to violence, is fear and also ego, wanting to own, and putting up borders, walls.

Fear has many of you in its grip!

Fear is also a weapon! Fear as a weapon is used daily on you.

Some that want to control others, use fear frequently, every day and every night to create a net over you to control you, and also manipulating you to think there are no other alternatives.

Some that want to control you, want you to forget who you are.

They even fake energies. The put up 5G masts/towers in the shape of the flower of life to manipulate and own spiritual development in people. 

Do not worry. You are safe! Fear will let go of humanity, eventually, for love will win, love has already won!

Make a room for love within your heart, treat yourself with kindness and love, and have faith in your own creativity, have patience and then you allow a loving manifestation of love to develop, and this takes away fear.

The techniques that you currently are using, that is in the hands of those that want to control you, use these devises wisely, not more than you need. Turn of your routers! Have them on only for a short while each day, maybe also turned off at night?!

The urge to be "on line" has been something more and more stressful and you are forgetting the natural way of life.

Sitting in front of screens are not the most healthy way of living.

Do not be afraid of it, just don´t sit in front of these screens more than you actually need. Go out, take a walk in the nature, breath some fresh air, say hallo to your neighbour instead. 

You are a realm of your own. You create a world, that is your own by using your consciousness and carefully choosing love to be the main essence of your creation, who you want to be!

This week your spirit animals will contact many of you. You where born into this world with seven main spirit animals. 

The animal kingdom is very powerful, and they are your guides from the moment you where born. Each animal, spirit animal, gives you a hint to which animal tribes you belong to. And people around you, might belong to the same. You find many interesting parallells to these persons! It is a way of feeling more at home, on Earth, to know what spirit animal that is your guide.

Starting with the spirit animal that belongs to your heart chakra!

This spirit animal is there when you are born! And follows you always to the moment you leave this world. And so do all the other six spirit animals. But the one that belong to your heart is the one you usually meet, and get aquainted with at first!

Your higher etherical heart has an unique intelligence, and it guides you gently with love and patience, and reminds you from time to time to allow love to win, to conquer all your fears.

Jesus is often within your higher etherical heart and you can always communicate with him there, as well as me, and many others.

Yesterday is history, but you can learn from it, and you can actually forgive the past and lovingly let go of it!

And tomorrow is a mystery, but you know you will fill it with love for you will imagine a wonderful and peaceful world and manifest it.

And today, right now, is a gift, for you are connected to love in every breath and in every heartbeat, and you know you are a creator of love, and you know that love has already won, within you!

Dear beautiful friend, I am Mother Mary and I love you very much.

There is no end!

There is a new beginning awaiting you!

There is no end to love, for love is forever!

Love is always, and you find it wherever you are, but sometimes you are afraid.

Around you, there is different kinds of turmoil and the very ground seems to shake and you sometimes can not find a calm harbour to find safety in?

This is the time you think it is the end, of the life that you are accustomed to?

Well there is no end to you, for you are love, but you might feel the opposite?

You are afraid, dear friend!

I am with you at all times, and I will hold your hand if you will.

Love will win, love conquers all, but you have to be patient!

Deep in your heart, remember love has already won.

But outside you, there is a gallery of horror from time to time, and you have to remind yourself of your inner calm peaceful garden, your inner heaven.

Love will win, and patience is most essential, as love enlightens all that has been hidden in the dark, there is no where to hide, for those with a dark agenda, they will be exposed.

All are meant to return to love and some resist and they stir up a big turmoil, for they refuse.

But don´t worry, love conquers all.

You focus on love in your etherical heart, and feelings as fear, worries, anxiety, stress, subside and go away, for those feelings are symptoms of your life living on Earth, but they are not the true you.

The true you is all about love. Love in the purest form, that is you.

It is easy to forget. Symtoms of a cold can be fever, a headache but you must notice that the symtoms of living on Earth is usually negative feelings, due to, the illness that Mother Earth has to go through, due to wars, famin, and much more sad things.

Mother Earth is going through hell, she loves the children and want them to be safe at all times. But hardly no one listens to her.

Only a few can hear her. And she wants all wars to stop. She wants all children to be safe and be loved. She wants to let everyone feel her love, but hardly no one are interested in listening, hearing her out.

So the illness, comes from not hearing her, understanding her.

The illness is what Mother Earth has to go through too, just as you have to go through, for you are conncted.

If you cut down a tree, and then later complain about drout, there is the evidence that Mother Earth needs listening to, don´t you think?

This simple logic needs to be highligtened, and most of you already understands this, but you don´t understand how it is correlated, with your daily life.

You should feel the need for the green, the grass and the trees and the flowers and the bees, and learn about it, all the symbiosis.

The longer distance between and the more ignorance there is, between you and understanding Mother Earth, the more sad feelings are likely to surround you. You need to find her, your great Mother, the grand Mother of all that lives on Earth.

She loves. She provides. She heales. She is a gigantic history book.

And we the old souls of the Universe, we have lived on Earth many times and we usually looked up into the sky, thinking God would fix everything, and God really wants to and tries to, and God loves and gives healing balm on all the wounds of life, and so do Gaia for she has a soul and a big heart too!

So you don´t only have to look up to heaven, you can look at where you have your two feet too, for there are so much to discover and love is all there is.

You carry the holy grail of love within your heart, it is the template for the new loving world that will begin to sprout and grow and flourish and you make it happen through positive manifestation from your heart to Gaia.

I am Mother Mary and I love you!

I see your tears.

I even feel them.

Well, if you are sad, you should cry and let your tears flow down.

Don´t hold your tears inside, allow them to be free.

I will today speak about power.

What is power?

For me, power is great and based on love when you don´t hurt anyone, even if you have the power in your hands.

Those on Earth that hold guns in their hands and hurt and kill the innocent as children, mothers, women, men, disabled, the old, this is not a good power to me, it is murder, it is genocide.

Being strong and instead choosing to do good with that energy, that is the real power! That is a good power!

So if you are strong and feel powerful, feel in your heart, how you use that energy!

Did you know that there are invisible beings that collect tears?

They heal them after they have collected them, with love.

Your tears are being healed right now. You see, water is holy.

Every drop of tear is holy.

The water is loved and so are you!

And did you know that every tear glimmers like a dewdrop in the early morning, in a green petal, in the forever green fields of heaven? 

Did you know that this green meadow, is called the valley of tears! In the sunlight the tears are being healed, and then after a while they will be water to new flowers that grow and bloom in this particular valley, and it is one of the most beautiful places to visit.

But you live on Earth and you live in a world that have a lot of power, but it is used in the wrong way. And it is not only the wrong way, it is the old way. 

The new way is the way of peace, to use power to create peaceful life for all on Earth. 

You have energy, you have power, you have your unique kind of power, feel and think about how you can create peace, first, begin with the inside of you, and then outside of you, and then intergrate this power of peace with loving caring people in your close community.

I see your tears when you are sad. But I also see your tears of joy when you feel true love in your heart. 

No matter of what kind of tears you cry, now is the time to make peace, by using your own power, your energy, 

You have a voice! Use it! Sing! Talk! Scream even?!

Many have forgotten about their own power, and that they have a voice of their own, they just walk in a seemingly never ending tunnel, standing in a line, actually sleeping, and if you sing a love song, they might hear you and awaken!

Everybody needs to awaken now! No more tunnel-living in the dark. When you awaken you notice that you are loved, that is the first thing you will be aware of, and that is of the highest importance!

So please dear friend make all the beautiful noice of peace that you need, beating all the drums of peace and love, and help people to awaken all around you.

This is not the time to be silent! And I am with you, all the way, for nothing is more important than love and compassion for all life on Earth.

Mother Mary A lesson in love!

I love you, I am Mother Mary.

No matter how many or how few lives you have lived on Earth, or how much you have accomplished in this lifetime, it is here and now that really matters!

Working on, and learning how to grasp the very now is actually something that we have many lessons for. And some of it is common on Earth, as you have learned yoga, tai chi, qi gong and likewise.

But there are many more ways, to learn how to live in the now.

To live in the now is to enter a new space, a dimension, but it can only be made together with gratitude from your etherical sacred heart.

And who provides the etherical sacred heart, do you think?

Well it is your guide from the 5´th dimension!

Your etherical heart is a living beating heart, and it is beating inside your body, when you work on your gratitude!

It is a collaboration with your guide that enters you!

The first sign of this is love. Gratitude. Heartfelt joy and hope. 

It happens when you are ready! Only then! 

And it happens gradually. It begins with a little sign of love and gratitude. You might not even notice it, at first, and it can take years before you notice it.

Many of you are connected, but you don´t notice it. You will not notice until you are done working with gratitude and understanding gratitude and love. 

When you can share anything, whatever good thing it is, and not expect anything in return, just allowing the very giving, to be a gift to the Universe, then the miracles can begin to happen all around you.

You already have it, you already have this momentum inside of you, to do this, to give, to release and let go of something good, to share!

This lesson, is so profoundly important, because it sets you free!

You learn that by giving something good from your heart, without any expectation, you actually will be granted something in return, that is equally good. But you can never know from where it will come to you nor when it will come to you. 

Because you talk with the universe when you do this, with the emphasis on, if you give from the love in your higher etherical heart you will be given a gift back, from a vibration of love, that matches your own.

What you send out, will come back to you. It is like a sort of an echo.

The cup of love, works in this way!

The more you give from your heart, the more the cup of love will be filled, over and over again. 

It is about the flow of love, you have to give unconditionally to receive this abundant love and this is a gift of life, it is a lesson in love.

This works when you have faith in love!

Goddess Nike The good victory!

I am Nike and I am very old, and I have learned very much about life.

I am going to talk about victory, as it is one of my attributes.

Winning is only right if it is in the right kind of way.

The true victory is when goodness wins, and when love wins!

Some call themselves victorious, when they in fact are thieves and murderers. And from my point of view, it is a crime.

Being victorious in the right kind of way is when you have patience for an example and use this patience to win in a loving way.

Sometimes it is victorous to walk away from a bad event, and to not participate when you discover how bad it actually is.

It is a victory to say no, sometimes!

It is a victory for you to stand your ground, and stand up for your good morales.

To protect the innocent and aid them in what they need, that is a greate victory, that rings the bells of universal freedom and liberty and everyone can hear those bells!

A win is not only a win, it has to do with the quality of the win.

Being strong and using this strength to create bad chaos, then the strenght is no good.

Being strong and using the strength to do good and protect the innocent, that is very good, that is a good victory. 

However how hard it may be to do good sometimes, I notice your efforts all the time, every little step, every heartbeat, every breath.

Doing good in a world that is not good, meets a resistance.

And I will let you know when you have a good victory in your hands.

God always knows as well of course! God knows how much you try!

Archangel Uriel The web of life!

I am Uriel and today I will talk about the web of life that you all participate in.

You are all connected! And the more you open up to higher consciousness, the more you realize this!

This is both an interesting challenge as well as it might make you feel like it is difficult to get an overwiev over?

Well, this is because it is enormous!

My recommendation is for you to just be, in this, and not to take part, just observe.

In the web of life Earth is a little but very important hub.

Many civilizations have taken a great deal of interest in you.

And I mean, from other parts of the Universe!

Only a few of them travel in spaceships. Most of them make contact on a higher level of conscioussness, or before you fall asleep or just before you awaken, or maybe in a meditation.

This kind of conscioussness is in a meditative state, and there they can find you.

Do not be afraid, you are safe! We, the angels are with you.

Your higher self, and personal guides are also always with you.

You are never alone, but you might feel it is quite a new situation when you actually meet an alien.

They are not allowed to make contact without the aproval of your higher self, personal guide and angels.

This is really a new time! 

Jesus is already with you! His vibrant christ conscioussness is all about love, compassion, grace, and he has already made contact with you! His energy does not need a ship! He is in contact with your higher sacred heart.

The mere idea that you who live on Earth would be alone in the Universe is to make you afraid. Just one more way of scaring you.

If it makes you feel more comfortable, you can always dictate exactly your rules for a meeting with a possible visitor from our neighbours. Say it clearly in your prayer! For example:

1.  I do not wish to be contacted by any visitors from the Universe.

Or:

2. If there is a visitor that wants to meet with me, I only welcome a visitor with the highest vibration of love.

And of course anyone that is not nice, are not even allowed to make an appointment with you, nor come close to Earth, but in this way, you use your free will to state what is important to you ahead of time and a possible meeting.

You should always want to communicate in the highest of love energies! Think of this communication as it where a walkie-talkie! 

Always use the love channel, this kind of communication goes from heart to heart. And no words are necessary, the good vibrations of love are filled with hearts joy and gratitude, loving faith, good hope and an all-encompassing friendlyness.

Be aware of that there are many other channels besides the love channel.

The life on Earth is also filled with other inhabitants than human beings, there are fairies, trolls and elves and more and they work diligently to keep her alive, your beloved Mother Earth. And they are those that keep the web of life, alive, and in this way Earth is included as a participant in the Universal living!

Archangel Michael You are grounded!

Beloved friend I am Michael and I have a lot to say today!

In order for contact to be made in a good way, 

you need to be grounded, this is making the actual connection work!

And how do you ground yourself?

Well there are different ways to do this!

And it depends on many things actually!

The simplest of ways is to walk barefoot in the green grass or walking barefoot on the beach. Or where you feel comfortable in walking with bare feet on the natural ground of Earth.

You can also meditate on a meeting with a tree you love. This can ground you as well! You ask the tree to help you to be grounded, and it will! 

Then it also has to do with your birthsign! If you already have the element of earth in your sign, you are more grounded.

If you are for example in a birthsign as the element of air, you need to be diligent in grounding yourself, for you will need this much more than a person that is already in an earth sign.

And then if you are a person that takes medication? You need to ground yourself thoroughly!

And heaven forbid if you know someone that takes drugs of any kind, they are not grounded, and they so need to take care of themselves, stop using drugs of course and ground themselves a lot.

You are EARTH beings, souls that live in a body on EARTH.

You must also know that the new technologies, mobilephones, the masts, the routers, all the threadless, wireless energies, and comunications, make you out of balance, ungrounded.

If you are grounded, you are balanced!

A good balancing, a good grounding is something you do everyday!

It is not something you can do on one occation and then it is fixed for the whole month or so.

Eat fruits, berries, vegetables, and especially those that come from the ground. Eat nuts, almonds, algeas, mushrooms and more, this will help you ground yourself. 

If you eat meat, you risk eating stress hormones from animals that have died a terrible death filled with anxiety and fear. As a sentient being you prefer not to eat anything from the Animal Kingdom, for you know in your heart that they are not treated right.

The more grounded you get, the more connection you get and the need to eat as you used to do, lessens, and you must see to that what you eat is nutritious.

Every plant, every tree, every straw of grass is souled and is connected to Mother Earth and every little almond and every little nut matters. An ecorn can become an oak tree that lives for more than 800 years.

And you matter very much, you are a flower that is about to bloom, and it is very beautiful to see, and you connect more and more to your soul and your higher self, and you learn to ground yourself more and more each day, and in this way the circle is complete and in this way your system is functioning well as being a part of Mother Earth and she loves you very much.

I wish and hope that all waters, no matter how small or big, from raindrop to an entire ocean, will be loved, blessed, healed and also respected by all those that live on Earth or visit Earth.

I am grateful for every breath that I take and I wish and hope that air will be loved, blessed, healed and also respected by all those that live on Earth or visit Earth.

I love you dear sun and today I would like to say I love the fire. 

I say thank you for the heat the fire in the stove gives me when I am cold and for giving me a warm meal to eat in a cold winters day.

I hope and wish that fire will be loved, blessed, healed and treated with respect by all those that live on Earth or visit Earth.

I love you dear God and dear Mother Earth and today I would like to say that I love the Earth. 

I am grateful for all that I eat and drink and that I can sit in the shade under a tree on a hot day. And I love Earth for being able to walk in its garden and smelling the roses and seeing a beautiful sunrise! 

I would like to say that I love all animals in the Animal Kingdom, and all the green, the trees and the flowers, and all that grows in the Plant Kingdom and all the minerals in the Mineral Kingdom and I wish them all to be loved, blessed, healed and treated with respect by all those that live on Earth or visit Earth. 

Animals, trees, minerals are my guides and my dear friends and I have learned so many important lessons from them and I am forever grateful! Thank you!

Archangel Uriel Peace and Love for the next generation!

I am Uriel and I am very old.

After all this time, I must say, to own does not make me happy.

What makes me happy is the green, the green grass, the leaves, and the flowers, the fruits!

If you aspire to own, to put up a fence, I am not at all sure you will be truly happy.

The true happiness does not come from living on land, that is not yours to begin with.

Mother Earth is her own! She is the only one that owns herself!

We, you, everybody else, is a visitor on Earth.

No one can take anything away from her when they die.

All you can bring with you from this lifetime is love.

So please find love, search for love!

No one can own Mother Earth!

This is the biggest challenge for the human race right now!

Human beings borrow Earth and manage her to the next generations to take over for the coming generations and so on.

Share, communicate, embrace, bring down the walls, open up for a beautiful patchwork of collaboration. Join, with hands in hands and work together for a loving future, and everyone will be fed, no one will be alone, everyone will be loved.

You all need a bit of land to plant your seeds and tend to your gardens, but you can do it together, and help each other out.

Use less of the wireless communications systems, as they radiate negative energies. They even try to use this to manage your spiritual development. This is very sad, and heartbreaking, but true.

So use it with care, and only when you need it. Turn it off at nighttime and when you don´t need it?

It is a war. 

Remember that love embraces, shares and opens up, and does not want to own nor to conquer any land. 

Love does not cuddle an animal, give it a name, with one hand and with the other hand let another animal live in very poor environment to be slaughtered with horrific methods.

Love does not fight for children that are close and put other children at risk that are far away.

If you love with your heart you don´t put any child anywhere at risk for injury or worse. 

And you can not call it 'a war for the good' either when you hurt and kill children on the other side of the border.

You who really want to follow your heart, and also feel that it is important to try your best to be good, start with yourself, here and now, ask what is love to you, ask what is really love at its best for you!?

We all start with ourselves, we can not start with someone else!

So start by saying grace everytime you eat and drink, be grateful in your heart, start there!

Let gratefullness lead you, and guide your every step and you will find that everything is connected in the name of love!

 I am Uriel and today I will say everything is going in the right direction.

And how can that even be, you might think?

For you see so many strange and not good things going on around you?

Well things are coming up to the surface! And now you can actually notice things, that you could not do before.

I heal, love and guide you whatever you go through!

Like the tip of an iceberg, shows only 10 procent of the whole mass of ice, things are clearing up, and can not hide anymore.

But it might feel like living in a turmoil of some sort?

The good energies, as for example love, has patience! And with its patience love waits for it to fall apart.

And what is falling apart? What has goodness patience with?

Love and goodness have patience for the bad to fall apart, so that the good and love overcome.

All that survives is love! 

Please have faith in this!

What is not love will fall apart, and go away.

Keep this knowledge in your heart, this is the true light!

The knowing about love, is an eternal knowledge, and it shines!

No matter if there is a storm on the outside, and you can not find your way, where to go, you still have your true compass inside you, in your heart.

Keep your own energy, do not let your energy slip away, to something you do not fullheartedly believe in! Let those things go! 

Choose wisely what you take on board your boat! Good friends, good advice, good intentions, good vibrations, anything that is good, loving and caring is very valuable for you in this time!

Ask your heart! And you will get an answer within seconds!

I am there next to you! And if you want you can hold my hand and I will guide you!

Be focused on you! Your light! Your heart! And even if someone is rocking your boat creating a storm, for you to feel fear in, you know, I am by your side, in your heart, and there it is peace and love, serenity, your inner heaven, don´t worry, I will meet you there!

Archangel Uriel One step at a time!

I am Uriel and I serve God.

I love God and I have served God for a very long time.

Some energies are fast and pointy, sharp edged, and they can go very fast too. They can reach a point fast, and make a mark, not so very nice at all.

The energy of God, is different, or rather -au contraire-, the opposite.

The wonderful energy of God is round! Loving! Caring! Filled with gratitude! And it is never pointy, nor sharp.

Love is round! Love includes! Love embraces!

Love does not judge for love knows! Love knows about what is going on. And what is going on?

Dis-belief, lack of faith, no hope, no understanding.

When there is no understanding about what love is?

When memories fades about how important love is, and also when no one can remember that a miracle can happen?

When there is no gratitude? And no one is happy for what they have?

When everybody just want more and more and more and more?

So I could write about this, forever, almost, for there are so much to be said about the loss of love, loss of faith, loss of hope, and loss of gratitude and loss of true hearts joy.

So no one is perfect. Anyone can have a bad day. A sad day. 

It takes time! It takes time to come back to love! It is very common!

When you loose love, you think it is gone?

When you find yourself alone, and there is no light?

You think God have lost you? You think that God is not even there?

You think that God is busy taking care of others, and not you?

So you think "is there really any love, or is it just fake?"

Well I address this today for many of you have problems with your faith right now.

Don´t worry! Faith is there right by your side, and God is too!

You don´t face anything you can not handle!

God have faith IN YOU! God walks beside you at all times! God  carries you even when it is necessary.

You are a soul!

Your soul wants to learn!

Your soul needs a challenge to evolve and grow!

And what is really love, and what is there to understand?

Love is your natural element, when you are home in heaven!

Heaven is your eternal home, where you belong! 

You as a soul are on a journey, to live on Earth, to learn about love.

Love is all you can bring with you back to heaven when it is time to leave Earth!

To find love in a dark place it is not always easy! For it means that you have to search really hard to find it!

You have to reach deep inside of yourself to recollect memories of love and apply this all around you, for you are an old soul, you do not give up easily.

Sometimes you forget that love is the most important energy for you, because it is hard to remember this when you live in a society that always want you to forget about it.

Where you live, it mostly about fear. Or sadness. And about obligation to do this or to do that. So your soul purpose well, it falls into oblivion.

But God is not worried! God loves you very much! God awaits you to remember what is important! And you know it very well!

You have forgotten about who you are! 

Those with the pointy energies want you to forget about it. They do not want you to remember who you are and why you are here!

You are an ambassador of love! 

You are here to embrace, you are here to include! You are here to remember who you are, your true origin!

You are here to spread your unique love, that only you have!

Together with your sisters and brothers of love, you build a beautiful pattern in the shape of love, hope and faith and is a miracle to see. 

Remember that you are also round in your energy !

I talked about it the other day, in a previous channeling, there is no flight of stairs, but instead there is your orb or globe, your circle, that is how your energy is shaped!

Circles connecting with other circles and there is no end to it, for this is love and love is eternal and this is the true flower of life!

And of course you must have your personal rules, and say no to whatever you don´t like. You can not embrace everything, nor include exactly everything either. That is living on Earth as a human being!

So my dear friend, please take one step at a time, and that is good enough, for you are awaited, you just need to remember it!

My dear friend I am Uriel, and I would like to address how important it is to include, when you say a prayer!

You might ask "what to include?"

Well what are you made of!

You are made of love, hope, faith, harmony, music, rhythm, grace, and many more good energies!

And you also are made of the elements!

So when you say a prayer you can say you love the air, the water, the fire, the earth and the ether! And the time!

Time is an element as well!

Say a prayer each day, and include!

You must also include the Animal Kingdom, the Plant Kingdom and the Mineral Kingdom of course as you are a part of this whole universe.

And please say the prayers from your heart, and this you know, even though you will be listened to even if you are afraid or stressed, it does not matter, for you are you, and you are dearly loved.

As you are living on Earth it is many times a challenge and no matter how you feel or what is happening we feel you, and we love you and we hear your prayers, I just wanted to say, we always include you, you are not alone!

Archangel Uriel A good balance!

I am Uriel and I love you very much and that is because I actually know what you go through in your life.

I know about your hard choises, the rocky road you have walked, I know about all the turns and about walking up a steep hill that takes a lot of energy from you.

And I love you even more when you, while you walk this kind of walk, you give flowers all around you. 

You give, you share whatever you have, even though you can hardly walk sometimes because you have blisters on your feet because the walking has not been a comfortable walk for you.

And I must say, please be kinder to yourself! Please take a moment to sit down, and enjoy the beautiful scenery that you walk by.

Take a moment to sit in the green grass beside the path, and feel the sun shining and look at the beautiful blue sky.

There is no hurry, to be active only gives you balance if your are inactive as well on a regular basis.

You need both, you need the day to be active, and the night to be inactive, you need both sunshine and also rain.

To struggle and walk til your feet bleed, oh no, please then you do not really take a time out when you really need it!

Listen to your body! Feel your feet! Be more kind to yourself!

"But I can´t be inactive"! You think? For then you feel lazy?

But when you allow yourself to take a little break when your feet aches, letting them rest for a while, in this state you can actually receive an epiphany!

So, you need to balance yourself! Work and then rest! Day and then night! Sunshine and then rain!

At night you can look at the beautiful stars and feel that you are connected with the universe, that Earth is a part of!

You grow as a soul when you take time to contemplate over love and life.

Allowing yourself to be, saying -I am, I am, I am- is so important!

Allowing yourself to be here and now, saying -I am- and in this sovereign state of natural simplicity, you will find loving joy and liberation!

Finding the perfect balance takes a while, but you are already a miracle to behold, so keep up the good work!

I am Uriel and I love you!

You are a divine being, a divine soul, that come from far away and you have worked hard to live on Earth and bring in your lovemessages.

Don´t let anyone threaten you to be silent.

Those that threaten usually do it with fear.

They gain a lot from frightening you, so that you will be quiet!

When you are afraid you hurry to stand in line and be obedient and do not dare to stand out?

This is what you as a lightworker have worked with, this fear.

Conformity is something you try to refrain from to bring forth your own uniqness.

Your physical heart and your etherical higher heart speak your truth, and they are totally free and you try to adjust to this during your lifetime on Earth.

Your life on Earth might try and put you in a tight little box where you feel that you are imprisoned. And inside of you you always know how the loving and good life would be, could be, and eventually will be on Earth.

It might feel to you as you have one foot in the 3D life in that little box, the prison, and with the other foot you already fly freely in a higher dimension, and now you have to try and connect those two very different worlds into one.

This fusion is so important! This fusion is magical but is also something you have worked very hard for, for decades, and it has meant blood sweat and tears for you. It has not been an easy path to walk. 

Now use your creativity, use your inspiration, and your heartfelt joy and love, now you are becoming a true artist! 

Follow your heart and believe in your dreams, you have a voice, use it! 

Your hearts have one voice, listen to it, what does it say?

Before you meditate ask for a message from your heart, and you will be answered!

Archangel Uriel Head, heart, feet and the important navel!

My dear friend I am Uriel and I will tell you something today, that you might not have thought about before?

Your body is the abode of your soul, and all of your body is so very important from head to toe!

Your body is a micro cosmos! Every part however how small it may seem is a part of this cosmos!

Your micro cosmos know very much and tells you about all different things as how you feel, and how different parts of your micro cosmos are adjusting to the major cosmos that Earth is a part of.

Firstly the gut feeling is Alpha and Omega!

Many of you have problems with this, your gut feeling and so I will speak about your navel, wich is your center!

Your navel is the hub in your micro cosmos!

And this is what you can do:

Use ecological oil, as coconut or oliveoil, something you can eat!

Warm up a tablespoon to body temperature and massage your tummy slowly with very light hands, clockwise. Even let some drops of oil into your navel and gently massage there too.

Observe what you feel! Do the massage clockwise and slowly with gentle hands. This is YOU and YOU are so important! And your navel and tummy are vital to you and your micro cosmos as you are!

Use a clean older towel and cover your tummy after the massage and rest and take a moment to meditate and feel the new messages you are given from your navel and its area.

It is important to not be disturbed by mobilephones ringing or sending you messages, or any other disturbances at this is vital moment for you. Turn off all devices. You need to make room for you! Give yourself healing space! 

I will return and speak about head, heart and feet as well, but I needed to addess the importance of your dear navel!

It is an old technique!

Archangel Uriel New inner vision!

 My dear friend, I am Uriel.

Today I will address something called mirroring.

What you see on the outside of yourself, when you observe with your fysical eyes, is not usually a mirror of what you are on the inside.

The inside of you, there you find your heart, your higher etherical heart and your soul. 

Inside of you, you can find that you have a beautiful garden, with flowers, trees, waterfalls and green meadows in a rolling landscape.

If you can´t find this, then you have to work on it my dear friend!

For all your hard work, and all your lessons in life make you feel sometimes that you do not wish to see anymore, youfeel that you  could just as well have your eyes closed for a little while.

There is always a garden awaiting you in your higher etherical heart! Even if you can not find it at first!

For every lesson you have ever learned in your life time, there is a flower planted. 

Everytime you have cried and shed tears, every little tear have made its entrance in your sacred soulgarden, and each tear is now a little leaf with a glittering dewdrop in it.

For every footprint you have made on the ground in your life here on Earth, there is something developed in your sacred garden of your soul. Can you guess what?

Seeds! New seeds! For every lesson you have mastered, and for every thread you have pulled through the eye of the needle and out on the other side, you create something marvellous in your magical garden of soul!

The seeds are new plants! No one has ever seen them before! They are new creations! And it is a marvel to walk around in your garden and to look at them! 

So please get aquainted with your inner life, your garden and learn about it, explor it, for it is a wonder to behold!

Your inner place, is a place where you find tranquility, harmony, and love, faith, and hope! In your inner garden you always find goodness and gratitude and you heal when you are in your inner garden.

So please work on this! And I will meet you there!

The mirroring is working not as you might have thougth?

When you look on the outside of you, and you find troubles, and disturbing events? So remember your sacred garden within!

Do not grab what is outside and think that you have the same on your inside! Refuse!

Wish for the opposite! If you could create this lovely garden on your outside instead!

So mirroring, could actually work both ways - but now - with the knowledge, refuse to take in negative agendas, because it is there to scare you, and separate you, from the truth, the inner truth that your soul provides for you with heartfelt joy and compassion and love.

So I can only give the advice for you to meditate each day and go inside and relax and rejuvenate in the true way, that your soul provides for you!

Inside your beloved garden you find your new inner vision, of peace and love for the beautiful future, but more important for here and now!

I am Uriel and I serve God and I work much on Earth.

I know what you have to deal with on a daily basis.

There are energy shifts and you might feel tired, dizziness, and a feeling that your inner compass does not show you the right way anymore?

Well this is the beginning of the new time!

You might feel and think "what is up and what is down?"

And foremost you might feel in your heart "where are my beloved angelguides?"

Well we are here, I am here!

You just need to get your bearings right first!

The thing is you might have gotten it all wrong from the start?

Spiritual path, and spiritual awakening has been something you have thought of as walking up a flight of stairs?

Nothing could be more wrong, I am sorry to say to you dear beautiful friend.

The very thought of that you must walk up, climb, manage every step upwards, and even eventually get up higher than anyone else, and you will look down on other people? For you sit up on a hill or a high mountain? Think about it for a while! What does this belief lead you to?

Maybe this comes from an old way of belief, of climbing a ladder up to heaven?

Well it is ok! Many of you think in this way. Many of you still do this! And I don´t blame you! It is about hierarchy! It is almost about competition? Maybe even the growth of ego? For when you reach the top, what happens then?

Well you might feel very lonely? Who other is there with you? Yes of course, God is there, Jesus is there and other loving souls!

But they are with you for they have compassion and fullhearted love for you! They follow you wherever you are! And it still means that you - yourself - have to ask yourself - is this the right way for you to perceive your spiritual growth?

Well now I will begin to explain how the real spiritual growth really works!

The picture you have in your mind of you climbing up a flight of stairs, you can put aside from now on.

Now please picture this instead:

You float! You fly! You hover! In an orb! Yes you live inside a big orb, the actual circle or orb of life!

And right now you float around in this grand orb, or bubble or what you might want to call it! And the thing is, you might feel the need to feel the edge or wall of the orb, but you are free floating and can not reach the wall of it.

You feel the angels do not hold your hands anymore? You feel like you are tumbeling around, alone?

Well this comes from your orb-ride! All in life is CIRCULAR! 

Remember the flower of life, the circles interwoven!

We, all of us, have one circle, and we connect with other circles! And we create beautiful flowers of LIFE!

But it is not only circles, it is orbs, balls, just so you understand the circles are filled and not flat. Or like an orange! 

You must know how beautiful your orb is! It is so unique for you! With your colors, your patterns and your light! 

And right now you are free floating inside your orb, and you tumble around in there, but you will learn, and you will find ways of flying and being able to find the wall inside your orb so you feel more orientated. 

And we wait for you to embrace this new, this new time!

This is the time to understand the circle fully! The circle is complete when you have understood this lesson, in your growth as a soul!

See your orb as a pod to grow in! Love your orb! And most of all do not be afraid for there is nothing to be afraid of.

But I do not deny that it is a new way of living and how you perceive yourself, now in the very midst of life, your inside your circle of life.

You see, the loneliness, as I mentioned, is the thing you find on the top of the mountain, after a long time of struggle, and different hardships, and I must say; no more!

No more! Now, from now on there is togetherness! We all connect and create the circles of life, creating the most beautiful flowers! 

You just have to rearrange your very belief, your vision, on what your spiritual path, and spiritual growth is all about! 

And I say you are welcome, into the heart of life!

I am Uriel and today I need to address something important!

You carry the cup of Faith!

You have it, you hold Faith!

Symbolically is when you hold your hands together forming a little pot and you can hold water for a while. Then eventually it will flow out and drip down.

So in order to be able to hold Faith you have to continously pour new water into your hands, it is an ongoing process!

This is only a symbolic picture of how you have to work with your own Faith!

When you have Faith you are moist, and when you have less or totally lost Faith you are dry. This is a pendulum movement throughout life, because it is impossible to hold Faith as in a constant!

And why is this impossible? Well, in order to get an even stronger Faith, you have to loose Faith. Then you rebuild Faith! And Faith then becomes something even greater!

What you don´t really know and understand is that Faith never leaves you! Anyway! Well it might seem so, but in fact she is always very near you!

You can feel at certain moments in life that you have lost your Faith and you actually feel very lost. And yet she is there, right by your side, she is waiting for you to open your heart, to let go of your fears, to let go of your worries and understand that love is forever.

Faith works with Love. And Faith works with Hope! Those three energies always works together. They are ONE. But. Yet they are a little different. 

Faith has patience! Faith awaits you! And if you need it, she will help you! She helps you, if you can´t help yourself! 

Faith is there always, being ready to aid you, to inform you of the holy trinity between Faith, Hope and Love. 

Faith makes you feel there is something more, that there is a beautiful horizon waiting for you, she is like a healing balm on your wounds. She helps you breathe love! She is a lifegiver!

Faith is the ignition to your lifespark! Faith is the birthplace of your beautiful dreams and imagination to create a wonderful life here and now and into the future! With Faith you find a mild caressing wind that gently and kindly guides you in your life.

But you have to make up your mind to work a little bit more on your Faith, for you hold her in your hands and in your heart!

And anyway, no matter where you are in your life right now, she is there right by your side, loving you, and caring for you.

Welcome Faith by cherishing every little drop of water in your hands, for in every little drop there is Faith.

Show her that you love her dearly! Then you will notice her much more in your life, as well as Hope and Love too of course!

This, loving yourself, makes all the difference!

Love every step that you have taken in your life. Love every step: and not only the happy ones, or the successful ones, but all of them.

When you are miserable or afraid or worried, God carries you, Jesus carries you as well. 

Well, all those that work for the good and love energies, they carry you!

No matter if you are sad or happy, you make beautiful footprints in the landscape of life. Because it is you! You are unique!

Inhale love and breath out love, it is you! Love is you!

Sometimes you just forget about it! 

I have carried you in your troubled times, but you did not know it. 

As a human being on Earth you tend to forget about love, and that you are love.

So take this precious moment in time to sweap away the grey clouds that hinder your senses, and let the sunshine into your life, and so that you can recapture the most profound insight that you are made of love and this is how you liberate yourself and your sacred heart.
