My dear friend, I love you dearly. 

And I will speak about something new, 

a new dawn.

And what do I really mean?

All dawns are new? Anyway?

Well yes they are, indeed!

But I will talk about, the new era.

You have climbed the highest mountain and you are finally at it´s top.

And now you might feel a bit exhausted, after the long and difficult climb.

And some of you don´t realize that you actually have reached the very top either.

But you have! Oh yes!

And now you have to aclimatizise, to this new way of being, and living.

You are used to resistance and now you feel, much less of this, and you might feel what happened? Where did “it all” go?

Well all that you have worked for in your life, it is still with you as your precious knowledge, as you now have as a portfolio that you have brought with you.

Now to the new; The thing is to find those that you will work together with! Those that complement you! For you can not have the experience of all things, that is impossible!

You contribute with your knowledge, and you find those that contribute with the pieces you miss, and together you form a full circle!

The new form of leadership is not one person sitting on a pedistal.

One person never holds enough knowledge alone! You need to co operate now! Form a team, a new tribe!

And you are stronger together!

You just have to have worked through all of your fears and letting go of the old, to be able to work in togetherness and hold your own very important and unique energy.

Och det är för att vi skyddar Modern. Alltid. Om du kastar ut hett vatten på marken, så skadar du marken, henne, din Moder Jord. Då reagerar vi!

Om du kastar skräp på Moder Jord, så försöker vi lära dig genom att kasta det tillbaka på dig- så du lär dig. Att allt blir en spegling. 

Så som du behandlar Moder Jord, så kommer du själv att få uppleva livet. Och det är för att vi vill att du ska använda ditt hjärta att älska henne med, och även dig själv.

För om du skräpar ner, slänger ditt skräp på henne, då kastar du skräpet alltid också på dig själv.

Det kanske låter som om vi är grymma?

Det kanske verkar som om vi är barska och är svåra att ha med att göra?

Ja, det är så! Vi är ur-sega! Och vi är de envisaste varelserna du kan hitta!

Vi älskar Moder Jord och vi vill se att hon alltid behandlas med respekt!

Chronos; A new time!

I am Chronos and I define time.

Some would say I am the boss over time.

But it is not entirely true.

I am a guardian of time, all encompassing.

I have help. We are many that guard time, the times.

Right now you might feel this;

you might feel as if time stands still?

and/or

you might feel "up-side-down"?

There are reasons for this!

You are now connected into a new timeline and the beginning is bumpy.

Humanity have made its choise and therefore there is a new timeline created.

And this timeline is very positive. And the keyword for this new time is; you have to choose carefully what you desire, for this will happen. 

Focus only on your positive feelings, thoughts, wishes, actions.

Become aware of your innermost thoughts and ask yourself if they are positive or negative.

Know in your precious heart that you are your own creator. 

Whatever you think of, becomes an energy, so it is very good for you to acknowledge, if the glass of water is; half-empty, or half-full.

Love is forever, love conquers all.

Love have no timeline, because it is round.

Now it is in your own hands, to make your own timeline round and filled with love, your heart´s love, and you will create a forever energy, so important.

And sometimes I understand by the look of your colors that you are uncertain of what you should do.

Mother Mary; I bestow a window in time!

Dear friend I am Mother Mary and I love you very much.

You are my dear friends but foremost my children! 

Me as a parent and me as a guardian of human beings are two of my most important tasks on Earth.

I want to share something with you, I want to give you something.

It is something you can not see with your eyes, it is not something you can touch.

It is a window in time! In this window you get overflowing faith, hope and love, as much as you need dear friend!

And why do I speak of this? Don´t I always give faith, hope and love? 

Yes of course! 

And yet! This is a special moment in time, in a very special calendar!

What I want to say is; there are extra of good energies right now! 

It is like icing on the cake!

The cake never had any icing before, ever!

And right now you are dry, like a plant that has not been watered for a while.

Right now you are thirsty, for water, like a plant would be.

This energy will last for four months, And during this time you can drink all the water you need.

You will regain your faith, hope and love, your cup will be filled up again! Easily!

 A long time ago, but still here and now, it is the same and also forever changed,

when you put your feet on her, your Mother she feels you.

She feels you, she knows you, every bit of you.

She feels what you feel, every day.

She feels when you are sad.

She feels when you are happy.

She walks beside you, always, just as God does.

She has her own soul, just as God has.

You also have a soul of your own.

And when you feel disconnected at heart to your life,

know, that it has to do with her - your Mother.

It has to do with the connection.

The connection is temporarily broken, so your soul has to fight to feel and get connected in your heart.

Being grounded is the way!

When you are grounded you will be connected with her, your Mother Earth.

There is no way around it, it has to do with;

touching her

loving her

respecting her

starting with your feet.

Love your feet, love yourself. 

Cheerish every step you take on Earth, because

she knows all about you, and she loves you.

I am Hildegard and I love you, I am very old, and yet I learn something new every day.

If you take an oak tree, you can make a boat out of it.

And you can sail all around the world with it and see new places, you can see new land and you can think that you are the first person to ever put your feet on that land.

When you at night look up at the sky, you see the stars of the new land, and you think, no one has ever seen these stars before I did.

Then there is one tiny, very tiny, little detail you have forgotten...!

The oak is very old, and the very seed that became that tree, that you indeed made a boat out of, has a story to tell.

The seed already knew. About the other world. The seed already knew about boats, and the seed knew that when someone came and killed the tree, and made a boat of it, it knew that it was going to sail on a great water.

It actually already had the contact with other oak trees. All around the globe. 

Do you believe me?

Let me say it like this!

Everything is connected, the globe as you live on, is one great magnificent being, 

all - in - one.

The trees are linked always through the water. The water is the same as the dinosaurs drank and older. It is a closed system, the entire world of yours.

You see the separation. You see the waterfront, you see the ocean. You see the land, the hills, mountains and the green grass.

Human make borders, lines, walls.

Human like to separate. To divide. Because it is easier to understand at first. 

All beings of Earth, those that you like to see as separate to your belief, as for instanse the elves, and the trolls and more they never divide or make separate.

They too go to school and learn, but they always learn first about Mother Earth and the whole system that she is. And with this knowledge they can then later be more specific in their work.

The water has a mass-conciousness, a memory that remembers everything. It is in all living beings.

When you say a prayer, you actually talk to your own water.

The water within you is preacious. And it listens to your prayers.

All water is important on this beloved planet, we in heaven see it as sacred, just as we see all life.

So I just say every little seed, already knows a lot more than you can ever understand. 

And we in heaven love you as well as every little seed, because we know that you are all so important.

As I am very old I see from a special angle and I must say;

You are the winner in your own life! 

You actually hold the light in your hand.

And what kind of light is it?

It is the Torch of Freedom!

We see a globe, and we see you all, and we see all of your torches but many of you don´t realize that you actually hold a very special torch.

Many of you don´t even see your own light. 

You don´t know that you are carrying the Torch of Freedom!

Many of you do not know that your torch that you are indeed are carrying, glows in beautiful colors of freedom, truth and compassion.

And yet we can see it! Yes! 

We see the light from each and everyones torches!

And we see you as a winner, and you might think that is strange? 

Why do we see you as a winner if you don´t even know about your own torch?

Well my dear beloved friends; 

You have worked extremely hard in many existances on Earth. 

You have worked very hard for the freedom of light, for the knowledge of love, the eternal ray of love.

In life after life you have fought for the right to speak, to say your truth, in life after life you have protected love, with your own life many times.

And now in this lifetime you carry the Torch of Freedom, you have certainly earned the right to hold this precious light.

You will soon realize that you indeed hold this precious gift, 

the Torch of Freedom;

and yes we absolutely see you as a winner, always a winner!

Don´t worry!

We love you and we can see right through you and when you say your prayer with your own truth and openess, we can help you even more.

Don´t be afraid of your own sincerity, it is unique for you, and your truth matters very much!

Never exclude your own truth from your prayers just to please or because you don´t think it is an apropriate prayer?

An apropriate prayer is the one where you are totally honest about what matters to you in your heart.

Just be you, you are adorable just as you are!

WTC Conference!

We gathered here today in our home where we live in heaven, and we must say we all miss our dear beloved families and friends.

We know about all the questions you have,  you who are still on earth, about what happened that day.

Ask for a disclosure. Yes! Ask for the truth!

And maybe you have already felt the truth in your heart?

The thing is you can feel it, I mean the truth, yes, because it is there in your heart.

No one escapes death on Earth, sooner or later everyone leaves the body, and yet our souls are forever, eternal.

In a world of peace and love - people grow old most of the times, apart from some accidents.

In a world built on fear and lies there will be deaths like ours.

Don´t accept any hidden information, accept only openess.

War of any kind is not much better, and there are also many unanswered questions.

You live on one planet, one remarkable and beautiful planet, that could be a peaceful place to live on. 

So we say don´t stop asking questions, because there are no wrong questions!

It is when you are being more and more quiet, and not asking questions any more that we feel that we have to share this with you, as we have a conference tonight.

Demand openess, and transparancy in all of the answers to your questions and make sure those in power answer you.

And yes we miss you just as much, and yes we light candles and say prayers, for all those that we love and miss on earth, just know in your heart that we are fine, and we are living in a place of peace and we wish that for you too.

I am Michael and I am an archangel, and you know this, and today I will speak about something you don`t know about!

I am a part of something very big! I am a part of the police and justice system in the Universe. Many await the justice and security to win land on Earth.

To be able to evolve you have to let go. You have to let go of the old to be able to evolve. But you have to learn from the old, to understand what your future path is going to be.

Look with your heart, observe through the lens of compassion. You can do it! 

In a better world what would you do? The road to a better world where everyone can thrive and be at peace at heart is the goal for many on Earth today.

You are a part of something very big! A grand movement, where you have to be able to see through it all. It is a moment in time where you have to be grounded to fully grasp the whole scenery.

There is not enough transparency yet, but there will be. A good world to live in has to have full transparency, there can be no lies.

When every man and woman on Earth understand that everyday is a choise where you can make that difference that you are seeking, that is the day when this world is going to be a much better place to live in for the little children, and for all of course.

When you fullheartedly understand that Mother Earth is a living being, a soul, just as God is, then you will surely thrive and this planet will be a paradise to live in.

If you build a house, with many storeys, it does not matter how good the upper storeys are made, if you dont care about the ground floor, and even the cellar.

The fullhearted contact with Mother Earth give you groundedness, and the complete understanding of the life you can live on her, together with her. 

But when you live only in the upper floors of the building and never reflect on the basic living on the ground floor you will have trouble right away and you will also never be happy even if you live high up in this building.

So my dear friends seek the compassion within your hearts and it will guide you on your path on Earth. 

See through the lens of your heart, and why? The light of your heart will make you see through the veils and make you see clearly on every matter. Don´t forget that you actually have this ability, you have the abilities of angels, and please hold on to this knowledge with gratitude, because that is the key to be able to use it!

I have faith in you, so please have faith in yourself!

A. Lindgren: Håll barnen till Era hjärtan!

Jag heter Astrid och efternamnet är egentligen inte så viktigt!

Även om jag nu råkar sitta på ett moln och kikar ner på Er mina fina vänner, på jorden, så har jag inte slutat att önska att barnen får det allra bästa, nämligen en lugn fridfull stund varje dag.

Ta ditt barn i knät och läs en saga! Ta fram boken, släpp paddan, mobilen eller datormusen för en stund.

Att få höra rösten läsa en saga, att få följa tonerna, inlevelsen, känslan i berättelsen är värt så mycket.

Om något oroar barnet så kan det redas ut direkt, det är bara att prata om det. Och när det är något roligt så skrattar ni tillsammans! 

Det skall vara enkelt. Ingen ström eller laddning behövs! Bläddra i boken till sidan ni slutade på förra gången och fortsätt. Titta på bilderna, prata om bilderna, låt barnet ta sig tid i lugn och ro och få peka och vara med!

Var med barnen, i lugn och ro, jag tror ju enklare desto mer hjärta är med!

Om nu apparaterna surrar och plingar, så har ni glömt att hjärtan de bankar! Magarna kurrar och munnen kan gäspa. Och munnarna kan sjunga också om minnen om de somrar som har passerat och som ännu inte har satt fart!

Hade jag varit på jorden så hade jag velat ta er alla i mitt knä, för Ni har sannerligen inte särskilt lätt just nu.

Ni hade tryggt kunnat luta er tillbaka i min famn och så hade jag läst en saga just för dig, och dig och dig.

Barnen är Er allas framtid, glöm inte att hålla dem till Era hjärtan!

Now I am safe, and I have been for a long time, some know me as Anne, and that is okay! 

Now more than ever I must say gratitude is the most important thing ever.

No one can really predict life, how it is going to work out, or what´s going to happen. 

No one can, not even the most superb fortune teller. 

But we did go through a very big wave; a holocaust.

Eventhough we have learned very much through this experience, I do not wish this for anyone.

And what went wrong? 

Too many were quiet for too long, and then it was too late, too late to stop.

Today and forever I cherish my life, I am grateful for every breath that I take.

I even love each breath that I take, and that it elevates me to seventh heaven over and over again.

Today I know that love conquers all;

so if you need, don´t hesitate to speak up and say your truth!

For centuries we have awaited this moment. So many of you have worked very hard for coming to this moment in time.

And what am I talking about?

From now on, there won´t be the same steep hill to climb.

And how do I mean?

The energies have shifted to your benefit. You have had a lot of patience over the years, and you have worked diligently, knowing that you have worked for a better future for all.

Now the energies are as such; All the effort you all have put down, in developing yourselves, raizing your awareness, have finally payed off; and now there is a time to still be on guard of course, but there is no steep hill to climb just now, there is a flat plane, a blooming meadow.

The energies of Mother Earth are more safe and certain than ever and she knows about all of your struggles in the past time, she really know all of you and what you have done for her.

She loves you all and she knows all of you.

I am the Mother of Mother Earth, I am your grandmother, and I love you very much, I just needed to say to you; please take time to embrace yourself and lay down in the beautiful meadow for a while, take your time and relax, don´t worry, 

You have worked very hard and now you absolutely deserve a little rest to also restore yourself. 

There is night and there is day, time to be resting and time to be active, and the thing is to get the perfect balance, in that way you will gain the maximun energy, to start on new projects.

Mother Mary; Let love surround you!

Dear friend I am Mother Mary and I love you very much!

You are standing on a safe foundation, your ground holds you. 

Today I will ensure you that you are safe, safer than you can ever think. 

Look upon your feet, those that let you walk on Earth, on your Mother, on our Holy Mother.

Feel her under your feet, she that you walk on, knows all about you, and loves you!

Many people think there is a separation, she just happen to be there, so you can walk on her. But it is no coincidence, she and you are entwinded, connected much more than you can ever believe.

Some lay concrete on the ground, asfalt, or other materials on her thinking it will make you forget about her.

Some women walk in highheels shoes, wanting to be taller, but actually, all they seem to get is even more ungroundedness. These women try to reach the sky, and it is a mans world still, where the masculin energy is still too strong and also unbalanced. 

If you want to feel good, and if you want to be balanced, you have to take off the high heeled shoes and allow yourself to feel her under your soles.

You souls feel her, as well as your soles when you walk barefoot on the green grass, or the sand on the beach, or wherever you have the possibility to walk with bare feet.

I am not saying fashion is wrong, I am just pointing out what the consequences are.

Your first salut in the morning should be to Mother Earth, yes, she holds you safe at night!

The energy of the night is feminine and the energy of the day is masculine. It is actually two different entities, energies. Both are also new each time there is a sunset or sunrise! That is why you should say a prayer both in the morning and at night before you go to bed. 

You can never really feel whole and be complete without Mother Earth, and in the knowing of her and feeling her love you will indeed be healed and feel very blessed and loved.

It is time to celebrate Mother Earth as a loving soul and a being with the right to be treated with care and respect at all times! This is when you and everyone will feel good on all levels, and this is the meaning with living on Earth, to treat all living beings with care and respect and love will prevail.

I love you very much, I am an old mother, I am Mother Mary, and each day I pray for you all, and I also always pray for Mother Earth for she too is a Mother, the greatest mother of all!

Kartikeya; The voice within.

All I need to know is that I am.
And yet my name is Kartikeya.
All you need to know is that you are loved, very deeply.

The voice within is always loving, it is a gentle whisper.
No matter what happens on the outside, it is the inside that really counts.

Love is eternal, it is an energy that is so old that the beginning is invisible. 
Love is a round energy, it includes, it embraces and it leaves no one.

You have to be strong to be able to protect love, many entities want to destroy love. 
Love will win of course anyway, because it is eternal, but it will take longer time to heal what has been destroyed.

Time will help love, always, they are a perfect match. Some say I am a war god, and that is true, in the sense that I defend love, and fight those that hinder love.

A perfect balance between the elements will give you the best possible ground to stand on to defend love!

Seek inside of you, never outside. The outside will mirror the inside. Create a balance within and you will be one of my disciples.

I am the supervisor of the army of love! We defend love, and some say we are warriors. All we want is peace and prosperity to the people of Earth. We see that all is sacred. We see that all living beings have a soul and a higher purpose.

Archangel Michael; Be ready for love!

I am archangel Michael and I am about to say; I love you, you are really something!
Look at you, you are still standing after all that has been going on.

You are so much stronger than you can ever believe, and yet you hesitate, when you think of yourself and what you do on this planet!

And the thing is, you do it yourself! You are so strong that you actually row your own boat now, with both oars. Sometimes you think you get supernatural help, going through difficult passages in your life, but no, you do it on your own, with both hands!

Yes! Of course I am there with you at all times! I know what you do! But you have the instinct to check over your shoulder, to get confirmation, that you indeed get help? But no! You do it on your own!

You have grown! You have matured! You are not a child or even a teenager anymore, when it comes to the term lightworker, you are an adult now!

And you do notice it, don´t you? You get more information on daily basis, and it makes you very aware of what is going on.

I am very proud of you! You have really brought in a new era, a total transformation for new torchbearers to carry for the future.

That is what you do, you transform, so that others that comes after you, will met a ground that has already been plown, and their work will be a little easier to do, they will need less time to work it out, than you had. You went down and you were very thorrow and each detail are something you know a lot about.

You have made it easier for the next generation to set sails as they will need to do!

And this is how it works! All those before you, did the same for you! Everything you do, has been worked through earlier, so it has been a little easier for you to work with.

You are all transformers, making the path easier for the next person, the next soul, the next generation. By working your way through time, planting more and more seeds of love, hope, faith, joy and grace and more positive energies, making sure more and more seeds will begin to grow in the future.

I just need you to envision yourself as a master, your true you! You are a master and you have been all along! You had this lifetime as an assignement, that you did not even have to do! You have already lived all your lifes on earth, you had already learned everything, and you did not have to be re-born once again on Earth, but you choose to be! For the sake of love! For the sake of hope and faith!

No one said it would be easy! You knew from the task shedual that it would be difficult. But as you were newborn all memories were gone. And that is how it is on Earth, the life on Earth means that you already have a caracter, a soul that are giving you hints, feelings about what is right for you. The thing is you wrapped it up! Everything is fine! Enjoy! Be proud of who you are! Feel your own strenght and admit it, it is your own doing, your own accomplishment!

Embrace yourself totally, and realize what you are, who you are!

Love yourself, and be ready for love!

Ja jag säger VI, för vi som är i himlen, är med er lika mycket nu som vi var i livet på jorden!

Alltfler väljer i sina hjärtan, vad de verkligen vill och hur de vill att framtiden skall se ut!

Hjärtats väg på jorden har inte varit lätt, inte lätt överhuvudtaget!

Att stå fast i sin tro oavsett, vad som sker runt omkring, är inte det lättaste!

Om Du tror på frihet och demokrati, då skall du kämpa för den!

Frihet och demokrati behöver hanteras med varsamhet och även med noggrannhet, annars

växer den vilt och kan lätt komma ur fas med vad som var tänkt från början!

Det kan visa sig att det man kallar för demokrati, inte längre är demokrati!

Det kan också visa sig att den underbara friheten, inte är en frihet utan ett stort fängelse!

Frihet är något vi har under eget ansvar!

Demokratin måste vårdas och skötas om som ett skötebarn vid varje andetag, varje dag, varje natt.

Så, nu, vad händer!?

Demokratin visar sina rätta kläder!

Demokratin har inte skötts om ordentligt!?

Demokratin har inte vårdats noggrant, varje dag och natt!?

Den har växt snett, och därmed in på andra vägar, villovägar!

Och det har hänt förr!

Fråga dig själv; vad tror du på?

Fråga dig själv; vilket samhälle vill du att barnen skall ta över om några år?

Förena hellre än att separera!

Lär barnen att omfamna, hellre än att lära dem att se olikheter.

Lär barnen att ta varandra i hand hellre än att låta dem sitta med olika apparater i sina unga händer!

Barnen är vår allas framtid!

Oavsett vilken sorts demokrati framtiden ger!

Värna om barnen, och låt dem leka med sin naturliga glädje och kreativitet!

Skapa ett tryggt och solidariskt samhälle för barnen,

då kommer även de vuxna att må bra!

Vattnet rinner över jorden, som hav, sjöar, floder, bäckar, åar, kanaler, älvar!

Regnet faller över hela jorden, dropparna ser inte var de faller ner, det spelar dem ingen roll, för de älskar Modern över allt annat, de vill att hon ska leva, och vara grön och skön!

Solen skiner över vår jord, vi har dag och natt, samma sol!

Samma måne är det också!

Vår Moder Jord är EN! Vi är EN med henne!

Hon, vår allas Moder Jord behöver oss N U!

Hon behöver rening, tvättning, avgiftning i stora skalor!

Och plasten!

All plast måste rensas bort från haven, stränder etc.

Förbjud plasten!

Vattnet ÄR detsamma, ni dricker samma vatten som dinosaurierna gjorde!

Investera i barnen nu, i trygga hem, trygga gator, trygga skolor,

ett stort tryggt samhälle!

Ja det finns ingen tid till att bråka, vara oense, Moder Jord behöver omplåstring NU!

Alla måste enas, gå samman, för att hjälpa henne!

Ta nu varandra i hand släng pappersgränserna och gå över vattnet i stället, och tillsammans,

vårda er kära Mamma med stort M.

Mamman, Er Jord, Er planet, ger Dig ditt dagliga vatten och bröd!

Alla Ni, Ni som bor på jorden, NI är bröder och systrar,

ta nu varandra i handen och lägg ner stridsyxorna, om ni nu har någon och

ta och kavla upp ärmarna och dra Ert strå till stacken!

Ta fram samvetet!?

Ingen kan längre sitta på sin rumpa och tro att någon annan ska ro allt i hamn!

Alla behövs! Alla har sin egen uppgift!

Moder Jord ser inga gränser, hon läser inga kartor!

Hon ser Er, hennes barn!

Hon känner Er, utom och innan!

Hon vet att Ni lider och att många av Er inte mår helt bra!

Använd ett sunt förnuft, vettiga regler och solidaritet över alla hav, sjöar, floder, bäckar,

åar, kanaler, älvar.

Det finns ingen tid att spilla, ingen tid att luta sig tillbaka och tro att någon annan

kommer att ro båten åt Er!

Sträck ut en hand över floden, havet och alla de andra vattendragen, alla Ni måste enas om att jobba globalt tillsammans för miljön, för Er Moder, som GER ER ALLT!

Strunta i dessa mångmiljard projekt att flyga ut till andra planeter, lägg pengarna på BARNEN de som ännu inte har mat, vatten, mediciner, de vill lämna vår moder i spillror, full med skräp och svältande barn, för PENGARNA FINNS JU! Pengar saknas inte! BARA VILJAN, och HJÄRTAT!

Ni stirrar er blinda på gränserna! Och på vilka som är innanför och utanför!?

Fråga Er istället vad Ni kan göra tillsammans, oavsett var ni befinner er, 
Ni står alla med Era fötter i jorden?!

Gränserna är naturliga, där land och där vatten möts.

Ni har sedan många hundratals år ritat upp kartor, och där dragit linjer, och även stridit, krigat för dessa linjer, och separationen ökar.

Oavsett dessa linjer på era kartor, så är ni människor, med två händer, en högerhand och 
en vänsterhand och valet är ERT!

Vad väljer du att göra med DINA HÄNDER, har med HUR DU ANVÄNDER DITT HJÄRTA!

Sträcker du ut handen till dina systrar och bröder, över vattnen?

Och väljer Du att se Moder Jord som en helhet, EN, och en mamma som nu behöver all hjälp, och att barnen de viktigaste, måste få växa upp i ett TRYGGT samhälle med hjärta och 
solidaritet oavsett var på planeten de bor!?

Riv alla de gamla kartorna med linjer och gränser och öppna dörren och ditt hjärta och kliv ut på din Moder, känn hennes hjärtslag under dina fotsulor, för hennes kärlek känner inga gränser!

Hon älskar Er alla! Hennes kärlek är gränslös!

Ja det ligger faktiskt i Era händer, Ni väljer vägen,

och glöm inte att låta hjärtat vara med!"

Do you know what I see?
I see everyone of you making the most beautiful patterns as you feel your emotions, and as you do your lovework on Earth!
I see Earth as a lovestation, where souls choose to live for a while, to be able 
to grasp the importance of love!

To live on Earth is a challenge and love is something you have to decide to always cherish,
as it is a personal choice to follow love everyday as every day is newborn! 

What do you choose today?
Is love important to you?
Do you choose to see through your heart, instead of through your eyes?
Do you choose to acknowledge that everything is connected, 
or do you think that everything is supposed to be separate?

As you go along with your life on Earth you find many situations and also people that still do not know that love is a choise! And they might try to scare you, into believing in lonliness, separation and fear. And they do so because they do not see what you see, and they do not feel what you feel in your heart, because you believe in love, and you feel it in your heart, in your body and in your spirit and soul. 

And you know it is available for all but the hindrens are in their way right now for these people that do not realize it is a choise of the heartbeat, every day! 

Some live in the old, in fear, in separation, in division, they can not see the whole picture yet. 
But evetually they will!

Just keep on praying for them, for they will awaken, just as you have, because there is no other option! 

Love is the strongest energy in the Universe, you just have to be able to see the whole picture!

Oberon; Have faith in your Mother!

I am Oberon and I am very old! I live here with you on this remarkable planet!
The difference between you and I is that I know what Mother Earth needs to thrive and feel good! When your planet feels good and thrives, so will you!
It is not easy to feel good when Mother Earth is not feeling good!
Even if all she really needs is time, a lot of time, to heal from all the devastating wounds that she has been given, it is very much easier for you to begin to understand her!
For when you understand her, what she needs to sprout and grow and blossom, you will learn in a natural way what you yourself need to do the very same!
There are no separation!
If your mother feels bad, so will you!
When you throw trash on her, you throw it in your own face!
There are no mysteries when it comes to your Mother Earth, she is what you have, what you see. When you treat her badly, it always comes back to yourselves, sooner or later.
You need to start to understand her so that you can learn how you can work together with her,
and not against her!
The thing is;
she loves you!
Yes your Mother Earth loves each and every one of you!
And she awaits for you to awaken to her and her gifts!
It is all about listening to her!
And how do you listen to your beloved planet?
Well, that is the thing! You have to try and try and eventually you will understand how!
Some listens already to her!

It is a lot to process, much to deal with and how can you cope with all this information?

Well this is what I would like to talk about tonight!

No matter what is true, or false in your information, you need to have your own haven within!

I recommend everyone to give yourself time each day to reconnect within, meditate, harmonise, fill up your own levels of feeling good within, no matter of the information you receive almost all day long.

Meditate on the words; I AM.

All you need is you, and that is so much, just be you!

This I really wish for all of you, because you rejuvenate when you love yourself , and embrace your self and the fact that you are a being made of love, hope and faith, joy, harmony, grace, and more good energies.

Take a moment each day, for you and your beautiful heart, and go into the loving garden within and feel the joy, feel the free form of heartfelt fantasy take place and just be for a moment!

It is important to be somewhere without pressure and just being able to be, to exist!

Mother Mary; The secret to Movement of Light!

I am Mother Mary and I love you very much!
Today I will talk about light!
Light is so very much! 
Light is knowledge and light is also healing!
When I teached you the yoga yesterday, you asked me, 
why do I have to do the movements so slow? 
And I said, well that is because your movements are light, 
they create light. 
The movement itself creates light and in this light there is knowledge about healing your body and aura!
And I told you to do your movements even slower than you did and you asked me, why even slower? 
And I responded to you, because your body holds information, in every millimeter, from the time you were born up till today.
Your own body is light too! 
And when you move slowly, very slow, this light meets your body´s light and you receive healing.
This is why yoga is healing, or why qi-gong or tai-chi is healing!
The slower you move the deeper healing you receive!
Movements are positive to your health!
It is not only that you move your body, 
it is the light you create as I just explained, but it is even more!
You create ripples around you, in the eter! 
Ripples, waves, that spread around you!
The eter helps you with the healing and receives healing itself, and shares it around you!
It is all about love, and it is all about sharing! 
It is all about gratitude, in receiving healing and also sharing it!
So please do slow loving movements everyday, and I will gladly help you, just say so!

Archangel Michael; Walking together!

I am Michael and I am an archangel, it means I am older and that I hold my wings around what I am dedicated to.

Do you know what I am dedicated to?

I work fullheartedly with your safety, I protect you!

And I do more things too!

I would like to talk about what also is very important to me! To me it is of the greatest importance that you know that you are never alone! And that I serve you at all times!

Sometimes you feel totally abandoned, and you think that your guardian angel is gone missing, when you need the help the very most!

If this would happen to you, it means that you yourself hold the answer to the solution to the situation!

It also means that your guardian angel is there! Yes! Your angel awaits for you to deal with the situation because you have the skill to do it! Maybe this information is hard for you to take in?

But see it like this instead; If you were to always be totally protected you would not evolve, you would not face a difficulty and try to solve the situation yourself! If someone always protects you you would not learn yourself to handle life, to learn your lesson in life.

Awful crimes happen on this planet and have been happening for thousands of years. 
This planet is not yet a planet of love! And you have surely noticed this! 

There is a law in the Universe that is called the law of the free will and not even God is allowed to go against this law.

Everyone of you humans have a free will. And what it means is that you have to make a choise! 
Do you choose love or not?

Guardian angels work dilligently with their job to aid spirit´s on earth! They signal meticulously over and over again, to you, the spirit, that they are assigned to work with; "this door is safe to enter, the other door leave it, do not enter, and so on"! 

Actually guardian angels never quit, they never give up, if it is necessary they work till they drop dead because they are so devoted to help their spirit. I can assure you that they never give up! 

But there is something that is blocking their communication with you! You do not always listen, or notice the feelings, or notice what you see. 

Angels are love beings, love carriers, love spreaders, but they can not make you use your senses, if you are not available to it. 

Angels are totally devoted to aid you in your journey, in your life on Earth! Your path on Earth is about learning your soul about the importance of love! 

If you feel you lack in the communication with your angel team, then meditate! Walk in the forrest! Drink clean water, eat clean vegatables and fruits, drink blessed water. Relax! Don´t worry! Be happy! You are a lot safer than you think you are! And yet you are here to learn! 

Your devoted angel always accompany you wherever you are and do! 

Please have faith in your dear angel, say a little prayer to your angel each day and in the evening when you are about go go to bed! 

I assure you that you will find a better channel to your angels. 

Just have faith in them and love will show you the way!

This planet will be a love planet! Love has already won in higher dimensions and you carry these love seeds in your heart! It is easier to live on earth if you have patience with the process, that everyone have to learn about love, how it works, it is a choice each and everyone make when they have awakened!

When you choose love, you set the course, you even set the sails! And now it is up to you where do you want to go? Where do you want to plant your seeds of love, it is up to you, it is your choise and your free will!

And by the way, you make your own blessed water by holding your hand around the watercup and you say a prayer for your water, blessing it from your own precious heart!

Mother Mary; Choosing love!

I am Mother Mary and I love you very much!
God blesses you every day and says prayers for you every day!
I also say prayers for you and light candles for you every day!

Even if you have worries, and problems, don´t hold them higher than you hold God!

With life, comes a certain amount of problems, that is how life works!
And you learn from it! Just see your problems in the right proportion, from the right 
angle!

If you decorate a room, you put a wallpaper on the wall, you maybe have a table and a sofa, and you have an altar with your flowers and candles.

Where in the room are your problems? Do they sit in the sofa? Are they painted on the wallpaper? Is it the carpet on the floor? Or are they written on a scroll and lay beside the candles on the very altar?

Or are your problems tucked away in a box in the bookshelf? 

Do you notice your problems every day, just as you notice your sofa every day, or walk on the carpet every day?

Or do you manage your problems by putting them in a shelf, so that you do not always notice them, because they are not visible each moment of your awakened time?

Sometimes worries overshadow what is really important! 

The fact that God loves you always is the most important fact that you can rely on!

Sometimes it is good for you to do a little survey on your foundation of love!

What do you allow in your lovefoundation other than faith hope and love to God?

If you notice that your worries sit in your sofa, with the feet on the table making negative remarks about you and your life and make you sad in the process, why don´t you kick it out of your life? Or at least put your worries in a little box in the shelf and take no more notice of it than you actually have to?

I mean that you are your own master here! You allow negative thoughts become a daily business? You decide, what your life should be defined by! What do you choose? Do you choose love? Or do you choose negative thinking, worries? They are certainly there anyway, but do you need to put them on the table? On the altar? 

Or maybe they should have a much smaller space in your life?

So what do you say, what do you feel? I just need you to focus on love dear, because your are loved! 

And when you are too focused on troubles, and worries and negative thinking we almost can not connect with you, because you are too engaged in the worries!

Please beloved child of earth, let the proportions be; always love first! God first! The goodness first! The gratitude first! Then your hope will come back to you! It is there, waiting to come back to you! It is very close to you, but is waiting for you to allow it to come back into your life, when you with your awakened consciousness, choose God first, LOVE first!

So dear beloved, put the love poem on your altar instead and take away your troubeled mind and its negative scroll and go with love, choose love over everything, it has to be alive in your mind, because negative thinking is in a way - a war - and you have to be fully aware of it to be able to conquer it!

You have to fight for your God, and fight for your love to be number one on your altar, so precious!

We know what you go through, at every heartbeat, and every breath and we love you even more,
